The neighborhood is safe, and family friendly. I'm able to walk my dog at night safely. The area is very culturally diverse and the neighbors are very friendly. I am also within walking distance to stores such as Shoppers and DSW. Also, we are a few minutes away from Old Town, takes around 15 minutes depending on traffic.

I have lived in hybla valley for about ten years. for the most part the area is peaceful with very little crime. There are several shopping centers within a three mile stretch. All containing several different retail stores and different restaurants. I really enjoy having so many different shops around. Don't have to travel far for anything. The only thing I do like is all the traffic. It gets congested around the shopping center entrances.

Not many jobs are high paying jobs, most of them are entry level jobs that pay minimum wage. There are not a lot of opportunities for High School students. There are a lot of immigrants in the area and it it difficult for them to find work. We have may retail establishments but not enough businesses.
