Heritage Hills is a small suburban neighborhood about eleven miles northwest of Downtown Albuquerque. With excellent mountain views, this predominately residential area features mid-range to upscale rentals in a variety of styles, including pueblo-style single-family houses and modern apartments. Heritage Hills is a family-friendly neighborhood with access to excellent schools and plenty of amenities nearby. There are several shopping centers, restaurants, grocers, and medical offices nestled along Highway 423, which borders the northern edge of Heritage Hills. There are several parks with playgrounds and trails for locals to enjoy near Heritage Hills like North Domingo Baca Park, which also has a leash-free dog park, climbing wall, and skate park. The Sandia Mountains are about 30 minutes from the neighborhood, so residents have access to plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities. Many residents work in Downtown Albuquerque, which is only about a 30-minute drive away.
