Other than the massive earthquake we're overdue for, the area is fantastic. Lovely people, great weather (even when it rains), and plenty of outdoor activities. After graduating college I'm considering moving back.

Most of the vandalism comes from kids who are just acting out. Usually there are no major crimes or concerns with the area or schools.
