The neighborhood is nice and alright doing the day time, I'll say it's good for the people that are already there since it's mostly a Latino community and don't recommend walking around at night. Some adults have sense some don't but just a lot of teenagers in gangs, walking around with weapons, getting killed, etc.. I know one of the gangs is Central Park Magnolia which have black colors just be careful out there the people are nice just don't give them a reason to come at you.

Magnolia Park is a very chill neighborhood to live in. There is many stores nearby. The people you live near to are also very nice no one complains.

Older neighborhood but I love living here. Older residents have lived in this neighborhood for a long time. This area has a bad rep but I have lived here for 16 years and I feel safe. Love living in the hood.
