It is a nice area to live when you're young and just starting out in life. The rent's not too high and you can easily commute to work. You can quickly get on the bridge to the South side and enjoy the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment there. This isn't a place where you would settle down permanently, but where you can make preparations for a more permanent place. It's not the greatest, but it's not bad either.
