Dangerous area, murders and shootings are quite common. Strange smell by the park. If you want to remain safe I would not move by. I rented place a few streets down and my car was broken into within 2 weeks.

If you schedule your timing with public transportation the area is pretty convenient to get around. The stores are mostly on an average scale. but considering the area it's outstanding.

There's not many opportunities for employment in the area. But within a five to ten mile radius the odds increase by a decent percentage to get a reasonable job.
