Just minutes from Downtown Providence and its various amenities, Charles residents also have plenty to enjoy in their own neighborhood including shops and cafes as well as local and national eateries. Several parks are located in Charles including Hopkins Square, St. Ann’s Plaza, Ascham Field, and Prete-Metcalf Field. Additional outdoor recreation can be found at Canada Pond and on the West River. Convenient to I-95 and U.S. 1, Charles is less than 12 miles north of T. F. Green Airport. Travels and commutes from Charles couldn’t be simpler.

This neighborhood is all about location, especially for commuters. Located right off of Route 95 and 146 and walk-able to downtown(1.6 miles) Silver Spring, Metcalf St., Flora and Ashton area is a popular destination for the LGBTQ community. Located near schools, hospitals and shopping. Enjoy opera in the park in the summer, the community garden, and neighborhood parks.
