I have lived in this area for most of my life and our family loves Carrollwood with so many parks and public spaces. I always feel safe here with other young families around. There are multiple cafes and restaurants with good atmosphere and food that are within walking or biking distance from my house which makes the whole area feel so much more alive. Personally, I wish that there were more bike lanes in the area as I feel there are not enough.

I grew up there in the 80s and 90s. There were lots of kids to play with and plenty of public places to play. The weather allows for year round outdoor activities.
