Bridgeport is like no other. In recent years, it has developed into a very diverse community, with a lot of things to offer. However, the price of Bridgeport is over the top and not quite worth it. The amount of crime is heightening as well, and it is making it to be very difficult to want to stay. The White Sox are a burden on the neighborhood due to the ridiculous people they hire to maintain the traffic.

I like that everyone knows everyone and that we can all come together when something happens. I don't like the crime and the upped drug activity in the neighborhood .

Lots of places to eat at with a variety of cuisine. Great local markets and stores. Great local parks to walk at. Lots of common bus stops.

While in the past, the neighborhood was predominantly Irish and Polish immigrants, it mostly consists of Chinese-American or Chinese immigrant families. Pretty great neighborhood, lots of different restaurants and transportation nearby, though maybe not the cleanest place to live.
