I enjoy being close to major highways. Shopping is very accessible. I dont like that the area changes very rapidly within a few minutes.

I've lived in this area of Charlotte in my entire life, and we have never been victims of a natural disaster. Usually we do have very cold weather in January and February when we also get some snow/ice. Usually a long sleeve can get you though October-December (:
