I like the area, alot of nice new homes and working families. However, I don't like the seeing so many of the homeless people near Albamarle Rd. The city needs to do a better job of getting these people off the street.

I like the diversity of the area and it's nice that it's pretty close to schools nearby. There are lots of recreational things to do like swimming and bike riding. The Reedy Creek trail even passes through the neighborhood. School zoning could be better though, I attended Rocky River, while a girl on the same street attended Independence. Overall a good place to live, the sunset is very beautiful here.

It's growing now that Novant Hospital is building, it should bring more to the area. As long as the developers don't build cookie cutter suburban Developments and bring more walkable urban type living to the area, the area should increase in value.
