Affton is a peaceful suburban community 12 miles southwest of Saint Louis. Most of the town is made up of cozy residential neighborhoods and residents can find affordable apartments and a few single-family homes for rent in and just outside of town. Residents enjoy casual restaurants, grocers, and more along Gravois Road, which winds through the town’s center. A few green spaces dot Affton, but several parks surround the community as well. To the east of town, residents have access to all the waterfront outdoor recreation offered by the Mississippi River. Big-city amenities and attractions in Downtown Saint Louis are available by driving about 20 minutes north.
