I’ve been a renter here now since they open 2021 the staff here has made it extremely hard to leave prime example today I had an issue with my dryer not even 2 hours passed and Billy the maintenance guy was here to fix it I received a phone call from the head maintenance James letting me know my request was received and that someone would come & that’s what happened he came took care of it and I was back to my regular scheduled day I did not think they would come that fast but I’ve always had great experiences with staff here I’ve heard horror stories at other places but the Lively gives top service you should definitely rent here Alfton

These apartments are by far the best I've ever lived in! The open floor plan, high ceilings, and beautiful color scheme make me feel like I'm living in a modern dream. The location is absolutely perfect for all kinds of entertainment, and I feel safe taking my dog for a walk day or night. Oh and also, the gym is top notch.
We loved it. The environment and apartment itself were amazing. We hope to call this place home and would recommend it to anyone.
Good apartment parking is terrible. My covered parking space barely allows me to open my door and was poorly designed

These people are truly unprofessional. If you think they will care, they won't. Im a resident here and have been unhappy since I moved in. The apartments look nice but some things seemed rushed. You will find they are lazy and drag their feet blaming others. There are too many apartments to choose from so leave these alone.

Unfortunately, even though everything was new upon move-in, there are factory defects that cannot be helped by management. We work with the warranty department for the manufacturer and push to have any corrections or repairs made as quickly as possible. I did the entire application process and apartment tour online. The ladies in the office are very quick to respond, and answered/addressed any concerns that we had! The staff definitely made our move very smooth transition!! We’ve been in the apartment for a little over a month, and LOVE everything about it! The rooms and closets are really spacious! The amenities are great! And the neighborhood has been relatively quiet. There are tons of restaurants and activities to do solo, as a family, or date night.

Every employee I've encountered has been overly helpful, reassuring and professional. Starting with front staff, maintenance, grounds crew, mailman, everyone has been accommodating!
The crew were very prompt in getting the job completed and made the move in very easy.
The location, easy access to the highway, lots of restaurants, shops theater all in walking distance.
The apartments are clean, they are spacious, and the designs are more modern.
The maintenance is always prompt and helpful. They always explain everything they are doing so I can better understand the issues.
Proximity to major highways, the advantage of Firewheel mall being within walking distance, and the generously sized apartments.
Thry address issues as they occur to keep yhe community clean and orderly.
I forgot the guys name but he was very nice and quick with handling our issues. He made us feel very comfortable and explained what was wrong if we had any future issues.
Maintenance is quick and lives in my building, always easy to get ahold of, clean and nice service.
