There are so many roaches, filthy common areas. We pay $30/month for pest control and “common area maintenance “ I can’t wait until our lease is up.

My Bf and I have lived here since August and it has been nothing short of horrible and anxiety inducing. There are bugs, screaming children that destroy things; and you have to pay for those common area destroyed things, it’s in the lease. There is always random trash, rusty objects, construction materials, and trash all over the common area, parking lot, and “dog area.” The dog area is wood chips and thorn bushes..I’ve had to get my tires patched from nails. My AC hasn’t worked since August 2021 and they still aren’t in a hurry to fix it. They took our broken shower head on Friday and we don’t get another until at least Tuesday. There’s bugs, hair, and dirt, painted into the cabinets. None of the drawers in the kitchen open. They’re all nailed shut. The pictures on the website look NOTHING like my apartment. I was sick when I saw what we were advertised vs what we actually got. And it apparently says something about a breakfast bar on the website, WHERE?? I’ve never even heard of them doing one. Management is completely unhelpful. They say whatever they need to get you out of their face. False advertising in every way. It’s not safe. It’s not calm. It’s not quiet. It’s not pleasant. It’s a complete nightmare.

Desperate need of a lock down and spray down of the whole entire building. Bed bugs, roaches and mice riddle the complex
The apartments are crozy and beautiful. Management is joke, they never answer you when you have legitimate questions and concerns. They constantly spray for roaches making the problem worse and don’t even get me started on the mice it’s a real problem that doesn’t get dealt with properly. Not worth the money you’ll spend. On another note the appliances are garbage. This place needs a serious do over starting with the manager and ending with building this place properly
I've lived here almost a year. It's a very cozy apt. The heating is great and it stays more or less cool during the summer. The staff is very professional, friendly and respond quickly to your needs. It's near a great park and the bear valley library. The only down side of things is there seems to be a roach issue. We've been trying to get ride of them since we got here and they seem to stay alive and/or keep coming back.
