Available July 31, 2025: Viewings are only scheduled after we receive a completed application (so as not to inconvenience our current renters who still live there). Downtown living near restaurants, shops, parades & events, and half a block from Roosevelt park from this newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath two storey home with lots of natural light (skylight brings sunlight into stairway). A two car attached garage faces the alley (behind the house), along with a back porch area and cozy yard (w/ garden beds/flowers). Mature trees provide welcome shade and lots of privacy on the front of the home (which cannot be seen when the trees have leaves. Bathroom/washroom remodelled. All new paint, kitchen flooring and all new/stainless steel appliances/granite kitchen counters. First month's rent plus deposit due at lease signing. No smoking indoors. One small dog (up to 35 lbs) considred with a $1000 (extra) pet damage deposit. Renter to reimburse owner monthly for 50% of City of Longmont bill for water/sewage/trash collection every month (after owner pays this shared utility line bill-sewage & water lines are same system shared between two homes). Currently there is a washer/dryer in the unit, however any required maintenance or replacement will not be assumed by owner.
