Fairfield Courtyard At Coram

I had my tour with Danielle and I had the best experience out of any tour I've ever taken. She was not only extremely friendly, honest, and accommodating it was a very no-pressure experience. The unit was gorgeous. Rarely do you find an apartment with a French door refrigerator with a built-in water dispenser. Both air conditioning units are brand new (so no mold or any other issues), all brand new appliances with a built-in air fryer in the microwave! The flooring was incredible and it is a very spacious unit. I was astonished that the online pictures matched the unit identically. Even the residents were super friendly. The fact that they use a card system for laundry machines over coins is a bonus. Not to mention an ultra-reasonable price. We finished out the lease signing with Dawn and Dawn was as incredible as Danielle. You get the vibe of honest, friendly, caring individuals. Cannot wait to move in and become a part of the Fairfield family!

I want to thank Dawn for always taking the time out of her day, to offer help when needed. She goes above and beyond, and that’s the kind of service that I like. My husband unexpectedly passed away, and I I was looking for an apartment for my daughter and I. Dawn gave me the best options for my situation. We have been living here for a year, and the apartments are nice and updated. Thank you Dawn!

Just moved into my new apartment and love it. Tara was so helpful and made the process for us so easy. She was wonderful. She definitely went above and beyond for us, answering my calls no matter what time it was. We are so happy we chose to move here.

Met with Dawn who was very helpful and knowledgeable!! I loved the apartment and how new it is, going to see it again and finally meet with Marion. They both were extremely helpful!!! Awaiting final approval!!! Fingers crossed!!

I orginally met with Dawn on January 25 at coram village, though it was a little bit out of our price range. She then mentioned that she had another property up the road that was running $1000 off if moving date by February 15. She sent me to see marion who was also a pleasure to work with. Property is beautiful, love the pool and clubhouse, cane back in today to put in my application with Dawn. Looking forward to getting approved and moving in.

It was an absolute pleasure to search for an apartment with Dawn and Marion, at Fairfield. Dawn provided me with several options among the different Fairfield campuses, guided me through the process, set reasonable expectations, and processed all the paperwork efficiently. Marion took me on a thorough tour of the Courtyard campus and all of the available apartment units. Both Dawn and Marion were easy to approach, honest, and genuine. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Fairfield.

Between. Sue at coram,Dina at Sunrise Gardens in Bohemia and Melissa at leasing in Corporate..They ALL made my move possible when I didn't think it would ever happen. They have been amazing throughout this process which took forever but finally happened . I have these 3 ladies to thank for doing everything possible given my situation . I am truly grateful for all of them and looking forward for my final move. Management has also done the exceptional and unexpected for me and my family as well.

I just moved from RI to Long Island NY and I had the pleasure of working with some of Fairfield's leasing agents. They made sure they found me a place with everything I was looking for and more. They went above and beyond with helping me find my new place .It is a beautiful gated community my apartment has its own balcony great lighting and spacious rooms with updated appliances. Thank You so much Terrence and Dawn for making this experience amazing and stress free.

The amentire are great. There is kiddie pool and adult pool, club house with game room, gym and be area. There is also a new park that was just built. Grounds are kept very nice. Matinence is promt and there is always someone to speak with.

Beautiful and clean! We have been looking for awhile for a beautiful clean place we could be able to call our home. The amenities included are great and very useful. We also love that the community is gated this way we feel more of a sense of being safe all around.

Do you realize how many apartments are not updated yet? How often do you deal with office staff? Are they really that nice? I do not think so. Open your eyes and take a walk around. Good luck.

I have been living in this apartment complex for over a year. I enjoy this complex because it is always clean, it is pet friendly and all the staff are always around to help. I didn't like that after the first year they raised out rent but other than that I have no complaints. I am in a two bedroom and it is very spacious. It is also in prime location to many different places you can go.

Beautiful grounds, gorgeous pool and clubhouse. All the apartments are being upgraded with all new stainless Steel appliances and the staff are wonderful! Couldn't ask for a better maintenance staff either!
