The apartment was given to me dirty. Maintenance is super nice. Noise from outside (especially if facing the pool) and the hallway is loud, but you can't hear neighbors.

Amenities are good. Location is good. AC makes some noise. Elevator sometimes broken. Hot water sometimes unstable especially on higher floor. Maintainence team responses fast. Leasing office keep updating the elevator issue. More interesting events compare to early last year.

Very good. I like arrive university city. The number of square feet of Room Callowhill happened to be my birthday 427, so I immediately decided to live here. It is near to UPenn, and I love my life here.

Great moving in, package pick up, and amenity usage! Fire alarm goes off regularly at random times and is extremely loud though. No way of turning it off manually so you just wait for staff to turn it off while being disturbed. Only downside of living here.

I love living here, it feels very safe. In the elevators you have to scan your fob to get to your floor which feels very secure, as well as scanning your fob to get in to the building.

Just moved in yesterday and the process was quick and smooth with the help of staff member Fatima. While I was initially sorting things out at the front desk, the other building staff were able to facilitate the move-in process for my hired movers via the service elevators.

Arrive apartment has a very nice room and well service. It is comfortable to live here! I enjoy the life of Arrive! The package are also picked up quickly! The safty is also very well!

The apartment is great overall. The management team has been changed though, not as attentive as the previous team. Also, the yearly rent increase is a bit too much (>7%).

The fire is nice in the lobby and the maintenence crew is diligent and very helpful. The gym tredmills are a bit old a break alot and sometimes the amenities like the coffee and water in the lounge are out of service. Getting mail is sometimes difficult and cannot retreive packages until a few days after theyre delivered.

The staff are very welcoming and always lend a helping hand when I go to them with questions or an issue. Very quick response time as well! They always follow up. Also, the common spaces are always clean and very pleasant to do homework on weekends.

Random fire alarms are driving me crazy. They've been happening every 1-2 weeks in the early morning on the weekend. And the office doesn't bother to even answer email inquiries.

It was good until the recently the management team changed and the concierge team changed. Concierge constantly on their personal phone calling friends while on duty, even when getting packages for residents still on their own personal phone call. When you call the front desk, it never gets answered and always goes to off site call center. The maintenance team is really great though.
