A great community!!! The view is beautiful from the magnificent Asotea, You are 3 minutes from the bus route and a few minutes from the train station. The apartments are wonderful, without a doubt a place that you can turn into your home.

The rooftop pool is pretty cool and there’s also a community herb garden. There are so many amenities and the staff is helpful. They also always play good music in the lobby.

Everyone is always helping and friendly. Very happy I moved to Caldwell.

homeless people running in and out of the building can’t get no sleep around here home stealing packages all the time. My experience is not good over here at all and I’ve only been here for six months.

Place isn't bad - maintenance isn't wonderful right when I moved in things were broken and it took multiple days for it to be 'fixed' also when I had an emergency maintenance problem and water was leaking out of my faucets no one was able to help in a timely manner and ot wasnt full fixed properly causing my apartment to not look as good when I walked in 2 weeks prior.

Beautiful so far very friendly community i love my apartment and the management is great fast and easy going great experience so far i just worry with the drug users that come in and out sometimes because of my daughters but besides that its a great place to live!!!

The office Staff is very helpful and the maintenance people are fantastic, the new security guard is nice as well. I love that there is always someone that can help you out

I don’t like the floors in my apartment. My Apartment is very small, and I feel the price is a bit high for what I am getting. Maintenance was supposed to do a yearly check on my Heating and cooling. I requested them to come the day I was off, and they did not come. I requested it to be rescheduled, and it still has not been done. There is only one window that I can open to get fresh air. If there was a fire, and I couldn’t get out my door, I would be trapped. My dryer takes forever for my cloths to dry. There are all sorts of marks on the walls in the hallway. The elevators go down too often.

Sometimes other residents ruin it for the rest of us. However , I love living here as a whole because the amenities make it worthwhile. My experience with property staff has always been positive.

I love my apartment but the building itself needs work with certain aspects. It’s sad to see that people don’t like to respect a nice building.

There are way too many addicts in the building at all times of the night. They do not respect other residents at all. Constantly loud and disturbing at weird hours. Also, too many packages are being stolen from whats suppose to be a secure package room.

Modern, fully loaded apartment, top notch technology, beautiful view and the best amenities ever. About 20-30 minutes from the city. Definitely worth checking out and potentially renting. Good Luck!

A smooth transition for the most part. Very nice cozy building. Just hoping for the best in months to come. I enjoy the having the accessible appliances and the amenities.

I love the staff they are very helpful and they listen. They are clean the place u. But we need security 24/7 in this building to make people feel safe because I don't feel safe

Very welcoming host very pleasant and the apartment is beautiful vey well put together the only thing is the fact you haveto pay to park its a bit uncomfortable

There is a lot of improvements to be made here. Cleanliness, Safety, Repairs and Accountability. All of this falls on management. This building needs some major leadership, not just lip service.

I feel that my concerns and complaints are not given proper attention or taken seriously. I requested that some salt and mulch bags be relocated from the wall in front of my parking space, as they obstruct my ability to enter and exit with ease. I was informed that there is no alternative storage for those items. I also asked for a different parking space if they could not be moved, but after several months, nothing has changed. Additionally, I reported water damage from a leak caused by a loose hose several months ago, yet it remains unrepaired. The cost of living here is too high for such inadequate service.

Caldwell looks like an amazing apartment complex an I’m so excited to move in an start this year off fresh with a new living situation the Caldwell looks like a great place to live with all th amenities

Took to long to get mail box and storage key that I am paying rent for and too long to get maintenance to anything still waiting for maintenance to come and service washing machine

It’s going good. Peaceful! Loving every minute of it! Laundry in the house, the best thing. Also parking I don’t have to worry about it, especially when it’s starts snowing!

beautiful building and amenities, lots of hidden costs. poor communication from the leasing staff and nearly impossible to get in touch with them via phone or even showing up at the office during work hours. neighbors are an interesting mix of extremely wealthy and low income—definitely will see some drug use among neighbors. the rent payment portal is less than ideal. i do love that they have on site security every night and 24/7 security available via phone.

Caldwell is home for me,clean,secured ,beautiful and has kindhearted people

Caldwell is a very nice place for living, staff is friendly and helpful, amenities nice. Hope neighbors respect more the building guidelines.

Its a a great luxury scene although does have a good number of cons that may make the stay not most desirable. The staff is great and understanding though.

The building itself has really good amenities. I think visitor parking should be the next thing on the list. Also, the weed smell is the worst I have ever seen. There is a dispensary right in front of the building and it shows. The amount of people in this building and outside that smoke is too many. Even the roof top at night which you would think is smoke free actually is not. People go up there to smoke all the time and it is embarrassing when you have guests over.

It’s a beautiful layout and I think this will make an amazing little home for me and my baby girl . My baby girl can officially say we have our own place.

Caldwell is like a condo that’s affordable. It has a great list of amenities. “I’ve moved on up to the East Side” New York style …Motzzz B.
