Property Ratings at Noble on Newberry
It has been a great experience so far. The amenities are amazing and staff are always friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment
I feel comfortable in my new space. Everyone I met so far seem friendly. I wish the walls were so thin, I hear everything and every movement but it's not overbearing since my neighbors are quiet. It's a very mindful community.
I love it here, everything about the area is so nice and clean. The only dislike I have, my upstairs neighbors are really loud even doing sleeping hours and it’s really aggravating to not be able to sleep for an extended period of time. And I have contacted someone about my experience .
Living in this building is such a wonderful experience! The neighbors are super kind, always ready to greet you with a smile or lend a helping hand. It truly feels like being part of a community where everyone looks out for each other. I’m so grateful to call this place home! ???
So far everything has been pretty good. The issues that I noted during my move in have all been addressed within my first 2 days of moving in. My biggest draw in leasing here was the fitness center and it hasn't disappointed. The only drawback I've experienced so far is being able to hear my upstairs neighbor and some outside noise.
Greens and parking lot are clean. Quiet environment. The tenents around my area are quiet. I never hear doors closing and running. The door by the Aldi still does not lock.
Overall I have still had a pretty positive experience. Since I moved in I think the upkeep of the property has declined a bit but that may be due to more people moving in.
I am excited to be moving into noble on newberry soon. The amenities are nice and I love how quiet it is on the property! The property managers are kind and welcoming as well.
Noble on Newberry is a visually appealing apartment complex with a resort-like atmosphere. While I enjoy living here, I have some concerns. The walls are thin, so noise travels easily, and being on the first floor near the entrance makes it hard to sleep with the loud doors. Dealing with roaches is frustrating, and I’ve noticed that things, like the wall paint, chip or break too easily. I chose this apartment for the enclosed security, but residents propping the doors open is disappointing. The parking and dumpster setups are subpar, and the lack of printer access is puzzling; we have to email documents for printing. WiFi can be unreliable, and trash valet has been inconsistent. I know these issues stem from property management rather than the staff, who are friendly and responsive. It often feels like we're paying for aesthetics without the conveniences that justify the high rent.
Nice place to live. The common spaces are very necesito. The área is so calm and far of the bussy activities. The peole is so Kindle. The apartments has nice finished.
Probably the best place to live in Gainesville. Friendly, peaceful and clean environment. There are definitely areas in which to improve as well.
Love this complex best place I've ever lived. My only complaint is the way the internet was advertised is not really what I got and it's a bit slow for my liking.
The staff is great and the apartments are nice. We have had a really bad bug issue and we do preventative maintenance and are extremely clean.
Amazing apartment complex! Staff is kind and helpful, and maintenance always responds promptly to any requests. The community areas are always clean and inviting, and the amenities are some of the best in Gainesville.
The leasing office has been so friendly and responsive to questions. Absolutely love the amenities and common areas especially the decor is so much fun to look at.
Very nice I enjoy my stay here and have renewed my lease. Nice pool, gym, and all common areas are very clean and well taken care of. I recommend
Great management and facility staff. Whenever we put in a request, everything is met in a timely manner and completed with care and respect to my home
The apartment is beautiful! We’re loving the amenities, there’s just so much! The only problem would be the glitchy yet expensive wifi and there seems to never be someone at the front desk.
My family really enjoys living in the complex. The staff does their job very well, always responds quickly to requests. The complex is kept clean. They organize a wonderful space during the holidays
I really appreciate Bonnie Jackson out new manager we have now. I been here about year and she just took over not long ago as management. She is a great attentive and very helpful individual. Definitely I appreciate she is very perceptive to anything you say to her and makes you feel like is easy to talk to her. Outstanding manager appreciate her !!
Amazing renters experience. It’s such a welcoming community, since living here I have grilled most of my dinners by the pool and have enjoyed a game of billiards after. Everyone is so respectful and takes great care and pride with the amenities of the community. Rules are followed and other tenants are respected so everyone can enjoy living here. 10/10
Love these apartments! They are quiet and well maintained. Much better than student housing with all of the convenience. We have only had the chance to attend one resident but they all seem amazing. Staff is very friendly.
We have found this property to be both highly practical and spacious. The management team, especially Maria and her colleagues, have been exceptionally attentive and supportive. So far, we are very satisfied with our experience as tenants here.
People and staff are friendly. I love the atheistic of the complex, amenities are above average and finishes in the apartments are lovely. The property is well maintained and landscaped.
Our experience so far has been absolutely wonderful, we are so happy here!! Everyone is nice and welcoming and the staff is very helpful! The property is just beautiful and safe for my child!
This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in and I absolutely love it. Great Floorplan, amazing community and community events, and wonderful location!
Helpful staff great apartment complex. Nice apartments. New appliances. Fantastic amenities. Would recommend this apartment for someone looking.
Everyone was very helpful. I was on a fast track to move in and Anya made sure that happened. The amenities are great and I love the layout of the community.
Great place to live ….. management always keep everything nice and tidy. They always help you with any questions or concerns you may have …. Great team !!
Noble is the best apartment in Gainesville! 10/10 recommended. Amenities are great and the community is quiet and well maintained. Staff is helpful.
Residents are all super friendly when we first moved in! Was nice to know they were notified someone new was moving in, felt really welcomed.
Very safe area and location. The security is second to none. Amenities are top notch. However, they need help at the desk . Definitely we recommend this place to live.
Quality apartment . Very nice set up you feel comfortable from the first sight the team are very helpful. When I had an issue it took less than 10 minutes to fix the problem.

Noble is a safe and secure to live in. I’ve been living in noble for 3 years now and I honestly cannot complain. The maintenance team are really efficient and the amenities are fun to use!
I really like living here. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. They do a great job of keeping the apartment complex clean. I would recommend living here.
Absolutely love the apartment and location. Really making this place into a home and I live 5 minutes from my job! Best luxury apartments in town!
It's not a bad place to live but there is an issue with garbage. It can also get loud at night. The gym and pool are nice. Gary does an amazing job and is super fast.
Love everything about the apartment. Facilities are beautiful, staff is super friendly and helpful, other residents are nice and respectful. Great place to live!
It is a nice place, but for the money, I think it could be better.
Pricey for A1 model, but I think the price for an A2 model is worth it.
The cons outweigh the pros, in my opinion. It feels like the rent is far too high for the actual experience. The communal areas are hugely redeeming factors but the reality is that the facility is too cheaply built to really compare to any of the neighboring, truly Luxury, apartments. The common areas are nicely decorated and the staff is wonderful but when it comes to the actual experience of living here, the design flaws of Noble are everywhere.
It’s super loud to face the pool especially during the summer. Great outdoor space around the pool. Common areas are nice but could be kept cleaner. Trash rules are not enforced which results in stinky and unattractive hallways since some people NEVER remove their trashcan. New management company took over and it was a poorly planned transition. Maintenance staff is awesome and so friendly. Hopefully things improve.
The apartment is a mess!!! Low quality materials, we can hear our downstair neighbor walking or turning the lights on and off (yes, downstairs). Many apartments are rented to UNDERGRADUATE students. They are up partying all nights, playing pool table by the pool, shouting and chanting at 2AM. The management is not taking any action. There is no courtesy officer onsite, no staff after hours. So, we have to just put up with it
If you are thinking about moving in to the first floor, actually any other floors than the most top floor, well don't. I currently live on the first floor and if you are unlucky like me and have ignorant people live above you, then you will hear every single foot steps they take from the moment they wake up to the moment they go to sleep. And don't think about bringing the issue to the office because they will blame it on the structure of the building and tell you there is nothing they can do and that it is MY fault for choosing to live on the first floor therefore I have to live with it. 100% would not recommend this place to anyone.
