DO NOT RENT HERE-MANAGEMENT IS NON RESPONSIVE

Management has changed 3 times in the course of the year that I have lived here. Ever since Cushman and Wakefield took over, this property has become anything but luxury. They will respond to a negative review posted online but will not contact residents back about any immediate concerns. My apartment has had an emergency maintenance issue for over 5 days now and the maintenance staff literally laughed at me when I asked for assistance. I have contacted the front office multiple times to speak with management and management refuses to call me back. There is a reason so many units are available here.

Living at Avila has been a wonderful experience so far. The amenities are truly impressive, with courteous and responsive staff always willing to assist. While package deliveries can occasionally end up at the wrong building due to the shared apartment numbering system, the management team is quick to resolve any issues.
