Yesterday, I went to this office to rent an apartment and asked the gentleman who was there to give me water. He gave me a glass and said go get it from the kitchen. I entered the kitchen and was looking for a water cooler or water bottle. But I didn't find anything, and when he saw my surprise, he said that you have to fill your glass from the tap in the dishwasher!!!!!! This apartment belongs to the MAA Highwood company, which is apparently luxury, of course, in terms of price. But when Beck does not provide bottled water for his customers, as he is supposed to provide a clean and suitable apartment to his tenants.

Consider a different property if you're headed in this direction. I've lived here for 11 years and I used to love it, but lately I can't seem to get any repairs done. I've had a hole above my window for nearly three weeks and every time it storms it gets a bit bigger and the rain comes in. I go through several towels and a bowl every time. The office says they will keep me updated on the repairs, but they don't. It did not used to be like this.

There are a lot of gate issues and its almost like nobody is ever in the office so I cant get my packages.
Overall satisfying. As the property is kind of old, the AC feels a little bit weak during summer time.
We really enjoy living in this area of Plano with every convenience imaginable. We appreciate the Manager and our leasing staff very much for their friendliness and helpful attitude to take care of our needs. The Maintenance team is always quick to take care of any repairs that are needed.

Great location, fairly quiet area, pleasant for the most part neighbors, dogs welcome, secure environment, roomy apartment.
We can'wait to move out. Old and stinky. Poor management and maintenance. Ants all over - our kids call the apartment a bug house... We were forced to let them dig a human-size wide and deep hole on our dining room floor due to pipe issues... we were told it would be a one day procedure, but it's been 3 days we lice in the dirt, kitchen, living and dining area completely unusable! No compensation provided. High price due to great area but not corresponding to the quality received. We do not recommend it at all!
We shifted a couple of weeks ago and are loving it here. The houses are nice and quaint. The property manager and her staff are helpful and punctual.
