My experience at 1600 Callowhill has been disappointing overall. While maintenance has generally been responsive and efficient, my living experience has been severely impacted by poor management practices and a lack of follow-through. Despite repeated complaints about disruptive noise from a neighboring apartment, the issue has persisted with little effective resolution. The lack of clear communication, delayed action, and inability to enforce building policies have left me frustrated. This has created an environment where residents' concerns feel disregarded, affecting both my quality of life and confidence in the management team. In addition to these concerns, the apartment's access system could be improved with more secure and convenient methods, and there are opportunities to upgrade amenities like the gym to meet the needs of residents. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn't recommend this community to others looking for a peaceful and well-managed living experience.

Great place to live! I love this neighborhood and my apartment is amazing. The staff is very responsive to any maintenance requests. A bonus: we have an amazing sun deck!
Great building and staff. We hope to see some repairs and upgrades to the amenities so we can continue to enjoy 1600. Rooftop firepit and outdoor furniture.
This building is really comfortable, not only because of the safety and location, but also because the people working here is nice and friendly. The management is also fast responsive when we have any issues

Beautiful space with spectacular views of the city's skyline. The staff is very courteous and professional. Minus a few noise complaints regarding my surrounding neighbors, I am supremely satisfied with my choice of residency.

This is a great location, close to everything, quiet and completely safe. The leasing agents are very helpful and the application process can be done completely online.
I've only been at 1600 Callowhill for two weeks now but it feels like home already. The building is bright, open and incredibly tidy. It's by far the quietest apartment I've ever had and the amenities are amazing: exercise room, rooftop, delivery room, concierge. The 14-foot ceilings make the apartment seem much bigger and spacious and the appliances and appointments are top notch. I'm so glad I've chosen 1600 Callowhill as my home!!

We love living here and enjoy waking up to our gorgeous view of center city. We are perfectly positioned in the city to everything we need, and we are about a 10 min walking distance from 3 grocery stores and multiple bars, restaurants, and home necessity stores. It’s perfect for us.

In the time of Covid, one can only hope to not need anyone to come into their home. However, when you do need service from 1600 you can feel secure in knowing that the maintenance team takes every precaution. They are professional and courteous. Relocated to Philly and 1600 was the first placed I looked. After about 10 other apartments and many showings. I felt most at home and taken care of at 1600. Management and building quality was at the highest level over all.

We’ve been here fit just over a month and I can’t say enough great things about the building and the people who work here. The front desk staff is so friendly they even know your dog’s name. It’s so nice to come home to a smiling concierge. The building’s common areas are cleaned every day. The people in the leasing office are great as well. It’s a positive place to be.

1600 Callowhill is a no-brainer for any urban dweller. The location, high design aesthetic and knowledgeable staff made our transition as seamless as possible. We moved across the country and the leasing team was incredibly pleasant throughout the signing of our lease agreement. If wonderful views, a convenient location, stunning interior design and a friendly staff arent your thing then 1600 Callowhill just isnt for you. Would recommend this property to my friends and family without hesitation.

Great place! I like the mix of modern and industrial look it has. The amenities are very nice and so is the location. Walking distance to city center , Whole Foods, art museum, the Barnes etc.
