The Palmer Dadeland Apartments

In general it is a good spot to live, but the management and the way safety is handled is not ideal. I do not feel heard as a resident. Things are not fixed quickly.

Enjoy being a resident and the amenities on offer, however improving response to repair request in the gym would be appreciated. Upgrades to some equipment is needed.

The amenities and the apartments itself is amazing, but the concierge is something to be desired. Also the garage is a mess with speeding cars almost hitting you or cars exiting the wrong way.

Amazing community - The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about resident experience. I truly feel at home here, and I would recommend The Palmer to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and comfort all in one place

The overall experience is good and this is the reason that I renewed the contract. In addition, this property has convenient locations extended to groceries stores and malls.

So far, it’s been good living here. I really enjoy the amenities close to the mall very safe environment, kid, friendly, and close to great schools.

This is in the heart of Dadeland area. A lot of shops and food places that are nearby. There is also a little convenience store right downstairs.

Living in this apartment has been great. From the first day, I felt happy and safe here. The rooms are big and bright, and the layout makes good use of the space. Everything is clean and well-kept. If something needs to be fixed, the staff helps fast and is always nice.

Should be 4.7 Stars with areas for improvement. More community events, please. Especially now that the weather is great! Thanks for keeping the pools open.

Everything has been great so far. Amazing apartment especially for the price and location. Love the gyms and pool, apartment interior is new and clean. Lots of space.

Such a great building with amazing super friendly staff. Only suggestions would be residents should be held accountable to pick up after their dogs, it’s not done too often. And the gym is slightly lacking in terms of machines and weights. But overall love living here!

Best rental property in Florida! Great neighborhood and great community with lots of nice views and lots of beautiful restaurants in town! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about everything you need to know about the area! Security is the most valuable part of the property! Twenty four hours emergency service

The amenties will be maintained very well,I really enjoy my time here, this will be our 6 year at this apartment and the location is convenient for everything

Good place to live. Things are clean. Doormen are nice, maintenance has always been great. Cant complain. Near dadeland mall publix and trader joes

I love the building and the amenities that it offers, but sometimes the leasing agents can be unresponsive and the elevators constantly are out of service

The building is a nice place to live. It is spacious and has a lot of good light and nice amenities. The only drawback has been the administration. They are hard to work with and there is no clear communication, even including communication during situations of there being police on site and we get no explanation as to what is happening post event.

Great and quiet building. I live on the East building clean and quiet. I love the pool and BBQ area. The gym also is quiet nice with the outdoor training area!

I like it a lot because of the light that comes in. Maintenance is not my favorite and for some reason theres a LOT of fuzz that comes out of the AC

Great amenities - only issue is that it’s not available after 9pm not even on weekends. Maintenance tickets are usually answered within the same day or 24 hours tops. The staff is very friendly.

So far living here has been great close to the mall closer to great restaurants great schools. I definitely recommend for anyone to live here.

I absolutely love my apartment. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and style, with plenty of natural light that makes the space feel open. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to cook. The bedroom is super cozy, and I’ve got enough storage space for everything. The location is great, too—quiet, with easy access to local shops and parks. I’m really happy with how it feels like home.

This apartment community is a friendly and welcoming environment! Ever since I moved in to my 1/1 in June 2022 and my transfer to a 1/2 in June of 2023 it has been seamless and smooth! Loving every aspect of living in this community!

Super friendly staff, love the coffee machine, gym is great (could benefit from a wider weight range), and pool is lovely to grill at with a group of friends.

Elevator below us clanks and bangs all day and all night for the past 2 weeks. Still waiting to see if management will fix. For the rent we pay and “luxury” apartment we should not have to deal with this

Everything has been amazing. The only thing I could say that needs work would be the elevator maintenance, but that is actively being worked on which is great.

Great place to live. The amenities are good. The dadeland area is just a great place to live especially if you have a dog, but I don’t have a dog

Loving the building and the amenities so far! Conceirge is so helpful, Nat & Andrea from the leasing team are so so sweet! The only reason it’s not a 5 star is the dog situation. The lobby area in my floor always has dog pee in it. The resident never picks it up and sometimes we have to wait all day for the cleaning team to clean it and within minutes it’s peed again. Hopefully something can be done because it’s quite disgusting. Other than that everything else has been great!

I've been living here for two months, and it feels like I'm in a resort—beautiful surroundings, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every day feels like a getaway!

Its been great ... only exceptions are ELEVATORS are always broken and delayed AND the POOLS were sold as HEATED during walk in and application process but are clearly ALWAYS COLD

The Building is nice and so far I do enjoy it. Some of the leasing employees are extremely unhelpful but over all a good experience. They do not have answers to simple questions and you have to have management jump in. management is overall very efficient in solving any issue.

Palmer has been pretty mid. Lived with a bunch of roaches for a while. Did not enjoy that. Didn’t let me move to different apartment, wanted me to be there. Maintenance people are very good and work very fast. People in the office aren’t the best.

Good overall experience. Clean amenities, hallways and common areas most of the time. Elevators work most of the time as well. Unit itself is nice to live in.

My first lease renewal term was great. Ever since signing my new lease the building amenities and conditions have significantly declined. Really sad to see how this has gone and will be looking elsewhere when lease is up

We truly love the actual apartment, the light, and the space. The pool is also great and the food trucks as well. I love how dog friendly it is. Other amenities aren't great. Only 2 study rooms, no wifi in areas where we told there would be. Although staff is great in general, our experience with the leasing office hasn't been the best.

Great place! A lot of things to do around the area.. there are 2 pools between the 2 buildings and also there are 2 gyms available at all hours.

Great experience at The Palmer. As a suggestion, would love more events and a back door for residents with easier access to Target (walking). All the rest is amazing

The building is nice. The front desk and lobby are pretty. I also like the gym and the pool view. I think the carpet for the hallways and the windows need cleaning.
