I recently moved in and truly love my new apartment. However, I do have some concerns regarding the building’s security. Currently, the door to the garage appears to be accessible to anyone, and no fob is required to access the elevators either from the garage or within the building. This raises some safety concerns. Additionally, I noticed that the grill on the top floor is not functional, which is disappointing as it limits access to the full range of advertised amenities. I’d appreciate any updates on plans to address these issues.

It’s a fabulous place to live but I really wish the guest parking were free or cheaper. Other buildings in the area have free parking and it’s always available for their guests.

I have enjoyed the apartment location, as well as its amenities. I use the gym a lot, I really enjoy the coffee bar, and the pool is great! I also love how the apartment partners with food trucks, so I’ve been able to try lots of great food. The communication from the leasing office could be better. I have a difficult time reaching people on the phone, which can be frustrating.

Great Community with Minor Issues I really enjoy living here. The location is perfect, and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. My only complaint I’ve experienced delays with maintenance requests, which can be frustrating, Overall a great place to call home!

The apartment itself is stunning, and the amenities are great especially the food trucks and shared spaces. But for the amount we pay, the management and safety issues are disappointing.The “concierge” service is not reliable. One staff member in particular often sends delivery drivers up without notifying residents and is frequently seen chatting instead of assisting.The garage is a serious safety concern. I’ve nearly been hit twice, once while driving and once walking due to people speeding or entering/exiting the wrong way. There’s no visible enforcement, and it feels chaotic and unsafe. Dog owners regularly let their pets off leash, including one resident with three French bulldogs that run into the street toward the dog park. Others follow suit, and the leasing office doesn’t take action when it’s reported. There’s so much potential here beautiful units and enjoyable perks but until management takes resident concerns seriously, it’s hard to fully recommend this place.

First lease term was absolutely wonderful. Chet was a great community manager. During my second and soon to be final lease term there were a lot of things that declined that made me decide to not renew my lease.

I love the amenities and the building itself. i get great use out of the coffee bar, the gym, and the pool. The communication could be better because it’s hard to get in touch with the leasing office and receive a response.

I like it a lot because it’s fun and there’s cool amenities. The apartment is very clean because we clean it. And the people always vacuum the hallways. And the gym is nice. And the pool is nice.

One of the best things about my building is the sense of familiarity. I often see the same neighbors in the hallways or by the mailboxes, and there’s a comfort in that. Some of us exchange quick hellos, while others stop to chat. These small moments add up, making the space feel more like home. Of course, apartment living has its quirks. I’ve learned to appreciate quiet hours, elevator etiquette, and how to deal with the occasional noisy neighbor. Still, I’ve also grown more patient and understanding by sharing space with so many people. What makes it special, though, are the everyday comforts—watching the sunset from my balcony, grabbing snacks from the corner store downstairs, and knowing that help is never far if something goes wrong. Overall, living in my apartment building has taught me independence, community, and appreciation for the little things. It may not be perfect, but it’s home—and that means a lot.

Great place to live in safe environment. Close to the mall close to great restaurants close to great schools. Definitely recommend hopefully prices drop other than that. Everything else is good.
