Property Ratings at Bishops Place
I'm currently living in this apartment building and using a different name to keep my privacy. I'm looking for a new place to live and waiting for my lease to end before revealing my real name. It's important for potential tenants to know that despite how it looks, this property has some maintenance and management issues. Also, there's not much security here, so homeless people sometimes find their way in. The management told us that if we get locked out, we should ask our neighbors for help. That's how some homeless people manage to get in, by ringing the bell and pretending they live here, since there's no one on-site to check. Unfortunately, having homeless people in the basement, using the bathrooms and gym, has made other residents worried. Even though there are security cameras, no one really watches them, so there's not much control over the building. The mail room is in the basement too, and a lot of packages have been going missing.
