The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Clinton & Prospect Apartments
This is a fantastic building primarily because of its ideal location, being just a 5 min walk from the Red Line in Central Square, and for its dynamite maintenance team. This is an older post-war building with renovated apartments. Hardwood flooring is great (only if next to amenable neighbors) along with very smart renovated kitchens and bathrooms. Un-renovated apartments are still present for those on a budget. All the homes are on the smaller end but normal for the area around Central Square. Dog-Friendly, Backyard Grills, and Off-Street parking are all icing on the cake for this cozy complex in Cambridge!
