The community is peaceful and beautiful. The apartments come with everything you might need to live comfortably day to day. The included wifi, tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer, built in a/c, and furniture are super useful as a student and you will not find many places, if any, that come with all these amenities. Highly recommend.

Meadowbrook Gardens is an overall great place to live, whether you’re a student or not. While it is geared towards students, it offers a new, clean and slightly upmarket atmosphere with great amenities and a small-community feel. Even maintenance has been quick and easy! My one issue is the price, but taking into account that the units are furnished does help with this.

Unit is good overall, needed to be cleaned better in the bathrooms. I wouldve preferred walls to be better sound proofed as well. Largest burner does not work on stove. Otherwise good

It’s honestly worth the higher price point. The amenities given, great and friendly staff, and furnished units are definitely enough to make it worth staying here, especially for a short term like two or three years.

Appliances and amenities are wonderful. I love that they provide shuttles to the campus, they are so convenient. Depending on your neighbors, you could suffer some noises though. The Staff are really nice!

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained as well as quiet. Parking is free and there is even a shuttle to and from campus, I definitely recommend.

Poorly built apt with low quality. They delivered the brand new apt with an unpleasant smell indoor and without any curtain or blinds. The staffs are rude and sometimes in issues that eventually police are called. Highly overpriced.

We are very sorry that you did not have a fully satisfactory stay at our property. We try to reach out to our tenants throughout the year and maintain a very open door environment for our clients, I am sorry that we failed to practice that in your case. We were unaware of any ongoing issues with odors in any of our apartments during our first year of operation. We did have some early issues with the ‘normal’ smells of new construction (paint, plaster etc), but once tenants moved in and opened up the apartments those went away very quickly. I regret that we were not aware of the issue as I am sure our maintenance team could have successfully addressed the situation. Meadowbrook Gardens invests extensive time and money into maintaining a property where all of our tenants and employees can feel safe and secure. We have full time security on nights and weekends as well as an extensive security camera system to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. We had one unfortunate incident this year where we had to call the police when one of our tenants or guests was approaching our management office with a baseball bat to protest a parking violation. Although the situation was diffused before the police arrived they did follow up immediately on our request to appear. We sincerely apologize if the presence of the police made anyone uncomfortable, however their presence was required given the situation.
