I’m an international student and chose this place without seeing it in person. It looks exactly like the photos and videos, super clean and in great condition. I was a bit worried it might be dirty, but it’s actually very neat and comfortable. The building feels safe and the staff responds really quickly. Totally happy with my choice!

Management has gone downhill since the property manager left. Definitely not as nice as it used to be - elevators are constantly breaking, and front office is not very friendly.

Beautiful building! The location is amazing and the there have been no issues with the apartment whatsoever. Neighbors are polite and pretty quiet. It is an apartment so you’ll hear people in the hallway or muffled noises from an upstairs neighbor, but nothing major. The staff are all amazing and so quick to address any issues! Very happy here and recommend Union on Queen to others looking in the area.

It was great, Karxan was truly helpful! It is really spacious and has beautiful views. The rooftop had a bbq and chairs to look at the sunset and I really liked that.

The lobby has not right service as a normal one. There are no replaced materials to use in the residence. For example, the printer is mostly out of service. The coffee machine has no cups, teas, or coffee bags. Just formality put one item.

Lots of loud families, chaos and smokers
During the tour this building seems great, but once you move in you'll notice that the building is not full of "young professionals" as they suggest but instead many large families that allow their young children to run around inside and out causing chaos. Almost everyday children physically run into me when I'm trying to get in the elevator or exit the building. Recently a child took a pool ball from the community pool table and threw it through a glass fireplace. Additionally, they market as a smoke free community but many residents smoke right at the doorways or even inside their apartments and the smell is a constant linger. Been here for a year and happy to be relocating soon.

BEAUTIFUL BUILDING!
I love everything about this building. I have never seen a common area so well put together. It has a luxury feel to it. Fireplace, comfortable long couches, flat screen tvs, big windows. Sometimes I love to just stop downstairs and hang out in the common area. The fitness center is fully equipped. I am a personal trainer and can say that for 90% of people, this gym will do just fine. You can lift loads as heavy as 300lbs in this fitness center. The staff is great as well. I always feel I can talk to Lindsey, Ayca, and Ingrid. They typically have an answer for me quickly. Even if they weren't so quick, they are still great people. No complaints at all with this apartment complex.

Great place!
It’s been already one month since my husband and I got moved in! We were so much in afraid of living in US for the first time. However, all the staffs in Union on Queen are really really x100 friendly for all the questions we have, even for the non-related issues. And the conditions of the house is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place! :)

Wonderful staff
2nd year resident!!! I am excited to be able to renew my contract. The process is EASY and I most appreciate the staff Bozzuto hires to make this happen, as we all know moving can be a challenge. The leasing staff are very profesional and sweet. They are all very attentive and quick to resspond. The maitnance team is also very hardworking and take care of any problems you might have in your apartment. I couldn't be any more pleased by the staff from this management.
