My experience at The Hamilton I has been truly wonderful so far. The community is welcoming, the facilities are top-notch, and the management team is always responsive and helpful. I'm genuinely impressed and very happy to call this place home

The maintenance staff here are on the ball and take care of issues without haste. They correct the problem and clean up after themselves.

Great community, location, with friendly and helpful staff. Have great amenities and hosts awesome events. Lobby is beautiful and has a hub working space which helps me lock in to studying for exams. So far is the best place I’ve lived in.

The Hamilton is one of the best places to live in Philly from its near Center City location, walkable streets to many grocery stores and restaurants, helpful staff, up to date and well kept appliances and amenities. As long as I live in Philly I choose to live here.

I love living here, the views are amazing. There are great amenities and co working spaces and it's in walking distance to all of the cool things to do in the city.

Great building, it’s clean, quiet, a lot of great amenities (spacious gym, pool table, ping pong, movie room etc). The apartments have a nice finish. The community is very friendly. The staffs are respectful, helpful, and caring. There’s nothing to complain about. I love it here.

The Hamilton has a wonderful location and great sense of community in the city. Can get to any place within the city quickly and is right near the subway. The amenities are top notch and the maintence team is always working and ready to fix any issues you come across. I have been here 3 years and the Hamilton is constantly improving.

I call Hamilton my first home in Philly ever since I moved here, and I have not looked for anyplace else since. I think that, says it all :)

The Hamilton has been nothing but a pleasurable living experience over the past 13 months. Excellent amenities, location, room quality, concierge staff, leasing staff etc. I highly recommend taking a tour and consider making The Hamilton your new home. Ray and Jose were a huge help when they conducted a repair earlier this year on a major water line that ran above my front door. It was a 3 day project, but felt like it was only a couple of hours. Extremely professional people and excellent repair quality.

Just moved in and I am loving this place! Great location and lots of amenities. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend living here!

Very satisfied with everything Hamilton has to offer. Makes city living easy and all the events provided every month makes it’s more of a community. Enjoying the experience and is quite a jump from my last residence.

I don't usually write reviews, but in my 1.5 months here at the Hamilton, I've worked with the maintenance team 3 times on small apartment repairs and each time they went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed quickly and correctly! The Hamilton maintenance team was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, made sure to introduce themselves each time, and explained what they were working on. I can't thank them enough for helping to make my transition to the Hamilton so seamless. Thanks again Ray, Juan, Gabriel & Isaiah!

So far, living at The Hamilton has been everything I hoped it would be. I love the floor-to-ceiling windows in my unit and the multiple co-working spaces (which I'm using to study for the Bar exam). Most importantly, as someone living alone, I feel safe in the apartments and in the surrounding area.

My experience at the Hamilton has been everything I hoped for when moving to a new city. We've had as peaceful a time building a home as we could imagine. We live right in the middle of everything in Center City, we work in the lobby, and we have a great view of the city. We're impressed every day by the building.

I plan on renewing my third lease with The Hamilton, I’ve lived here going on 3 years and the building in constantly improving. The amenities, staff, and rooms are all very impressive. I couldn’t recommend a better building!

Great location, lots of services that can save you time and make your life easier. Plenty of well kept amenities so you have something to do close by. Clean and professional environment, and not a hassle to have guests.

The leasing team was very helpful when going through the finding an apartment process. Everything was explained to me, which I found to be extremely helpful as it was my first time applying for an apartment/signing a lease on my own. The staff is very friendly and the building is kept clean. Overall my living experience has been amazing and Im so happy I get to call this place home!

I’ve been at The Hamilton for about 6 months and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are new and modern, have great amenities, the common areas are always clean, and the ease and convenience of all the services makes living here worth it. Re: the reviews about construction - the construction is near completion, so the noise level has gone down significantly. During construction, Hamilton has been very communicative about the times to expect noise, so I appreciated the notice ahead of time. The staff are the best part about The Hamilton. I’m completely amazed by the maintenance and front desk staff. They’re the heart of Hamilton. Tom (maintenance supervisor) and Tiffany (front desk staff) are the definition of “not all heroes wear capes.” I had an emergency situation after hours and they were both super helpful and Tom went out of his way while off duty to resolve the emergency. I couldn’t be more grateful for their service and realized exactly why I chose to live here. The care, thoughtfulness, and level of service The Hamilton provides to tenants goes above and beyond and you just can’t beat that.

Great building, very modern, great maintenance staff (Tom and his team are incredible) but definitely issues in terms of quality of life. Been there for 2 years but they are now building an extension. Construction noise from building and surrounding/street is unbearable at all time, even on weekends (5AM on a Sunday or till midnight during the week). Outdoor area is unusable because of construction. Alarms going on randomly in middle of the day/night. Parking is a rat hole. I'm sure it will be nice when done in 2 years but for now it's a nightmare and management not advocating for residents

The Hamilton is a nice apartment complex, the staff is great and the building is very clean. They even watched after my cat while I went on vacation. However, since the construction of the second building began the noise has been too much to handle. We were told that construction will be between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday and this has not been the case. There has been construction starting at 7 am on Saturdays and sometimes noise starting as early as 6 am on weekdays and it has been quite frustrating.

Don’t move here! I mean it, the amount of noise from the construction is awful and it will probably be around for a couple years.

I have been living here about 5 months and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Management and staff are great. If I have any problems requests or concerns they get back to me in a Miley manner. They make sure to go the extra mile to plan things and make sure that we the residents are happy. I’d recommend to anyone.
