I like living here. It’s very quiet as far as the building goes. Maintenance is on point with all of their services that they do. My only problem with the building is that should have more amenities, but they don’t.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are nice. But maintenance could definitely be better. Machines in the gym (e.g., treadmills) have been out of service for more than 3 months. And washing machines in the common laundry keep failing and are not replaced. There are events frequently organized for the community by the management, but I would prefer that money from residents be used in maintenance and amenities rather than on events that I can rarely attend.
Love living in this community , very nice and friendly neighbors . Buildings get cleaned daily! Anything I need they are right there. Also my guy chase from Concierge is awesome

The common areas are always spotless, the community is respectful, and the location couldn’t be better. Having a coffee shop right downstairs is perfect for a quick change of scenery while working remotely. Everyone I’ve met around the building has been friendly, and I’ve had some great conversations here. I’m really loving Market Central!

I've lived here for almost a year and I highly recommend this building. It's solidly constructed and I get no noise from my neighbors - only a bit of noise from the street if you face Mass Ave, but that's well worth it to live in such a vibrant neighborhood with so much at your doorstep! Units are well laid out and beautifully modern, views of Boston and Cambridge are spectacular, amenities are fantastic, and staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The trash chute on our floor is not working and there is an awful smell in the main lobby too. We were promised some temporary furniture but in vain. Also, the leasing team didn’t revert with the required papers . On the positive side , the concierge staff were helpful.

Unbeatable location, with great amenities. Overall, staff are responsive with requests and maintenance orders. However, we had an issue regarding an exterior gate that did not lock. I flagged it as a safety issue, and it’s taken weeks with no resolution and no proactive communication from Market Central, which seems like poor customer service.

Our 6 years here still enjoy living. Great location. Lots of things to do in the area. Never have any issues. Staffs are friendly. It can be really loud during the weekend due to music from pubs across the street but we are used to it.

Market central is a nice place to live where you have everything pretty accessible to restaurants and different shops around central square. The amenities in the building are amazing. I personally enjoy a lot more of the terrace in summer time.

Spacious, well-appointed gym, beautiful common lounge and kitchen space (with free coffee/hot chocolate!) with gorgeous roof terrace (with grills!) and 24/7 desk staff - no fears of stolen packages here! Market Central is a first class apartment. Excellent leasing staff who quickly address any concern. Common spaces are always clean and the 8th floor gym is excellent.

The apartment is great, but the 5G signal is a bit weak.The surrounding area has convenient amenities.There are many dining options available.

When i was moving in i had a terrible experience with a soon to be neighbor. She was very aggressive & rude. That wasn’t a good sign for me. The overall apartment experience hasn’t been so bad except for the move in everything else smooth Sailing.

Great building in a great location! Beautifully appointed, secure building in a vibrant neighborhood with all the best of Cambridge on your doorstep. Very nice amenity spaces (lounge, gym, kitchen) and great building staff!

The major downside to living here is the price of the rent. For the price, this is supposed to be luxury and a keyless entry is not enough to be labeled luxury. It is also an inconvenience that the amenities are not located in all of the three residences. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there are no designated study rooms. Considering a decent amount of college students live here, it makes no sense that there is one conference room for Marketplace residents. Also, there were several things that were broken when I moved into my unit despite being assured everything was thoroughly reviewed before I arrived. For the rent price, I honestly expect everything to be on point. Despite these issues, I do think this is a great place to live considering the proximity to the universities and the transportation options. If the rent was lowered, I think this place would be worth living at for a few years. Also, the individuals that work within the office are truly great.

Nice and easy move in process! Really enjoying living here so far and looking forward to living here! The gym and other ammneties are very nice and I find myself using the patio quite often.
