Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer hookups. Basic garbage & recycling are included in the rent. SCREENING PROCESS: • We review each application in the order it is received against our criteria. • During the initial evaluation of your application, we will: 1. Verify photo ID for each applicant has been uploaded and the name on the photo ID matches the applicant’s name 3. Verify 6 years of residential history and 6 years of landlord contact information has been provided 4. Verify all supplemental documentation has been attached (ie, documentation for service / assistance / companion animal, etc). • If an incomplete application is received, it will be canceled upon receipt by Gordon Properties, Inc. • Once we have verified your application is complete and is first in line, we will email you a showing invitation. All showings are in-person and are scheduled Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Applicant(s) will schedule a property showing to occur within 48 hours of notification their application is complete and is first in line. If applicant(s) fail to view the property within 48 hours of notification, the application(s) may be canceled. • A Background Screening Charge of $50.00 per applicant in certified funds is due at the property showing to continue processing the application(s) after the showing. A receipt will be provided. The Background Screening Charge is non-refundable. • If the Background Screening Charge is paid at the property showing, Gordon Properties, Inc. will run a full background check including rental history, evictions, credit history, criminal and references. The full background check typically takes 3-5 business days but this may vary. • If you choose not to continue the application after the showing, there is no fee. Your application will be canceled. • If you choose not to pay the Background Screening Charge at the property showing, your application will be canceled.
