I toured with Jamia and she was super knowledgeable and nice! I plan on signing my lease soon and can’t wait to move in!

Great location, super close to shops and restaurants and a friendly staff.

The apartment is huge and is very close to everything that I need. Had a couple of maintenance requests, but the team was super responsive and helpful.

At first i thought it would be great but then it turned into having maintenance in our apartment at least once a week because something broke. Cracks everywhere and horrible people. Now they are trying to make you pay more for parking. Find somewhere else don’t even come here

Current Midtown are the worst apartments in Williamsburg. Lots of problems with incomplete construction and management charges you large amounts of money with no forewarning for stuff that should be included with the apartment.

This property is incredible for students at William & Mary. Very nice appliances paired with already furnished apartments truly can't be beat. Besides a brief issue with my laundry when I first arrived, I have had no problems with my unit! My headline rings true, however. As it stands the complex advertises amenities such as: Resort-style pool & hot tubs. Sports bar with tons of TVs, Coffee Bistro bar, and Part of vibrant shopping & nightlife. This is directly from their website. These amenities are truly laughable. The "Coffee Bar" is a Keurig machine with a variety of options. The "Sports Bar" is merely a kitchen with some barstools that is part of the lounge area. It is not a place where you grab a drink and some wings and watch the big game. There is currently next to no shops in the base of buildings 2-4. That being said, Williamsburg is in a horrible situation concerning lack of employees for businesses so I don't blame stores from not opening but it is still advertised nonetheless. Finally, the pool and hot tub are fantastic...when they are open. The hours are 8am-8pm, which for busy students that the apartment is catering to is simply not possible. After classes and work, I am routinely home well after 8pm. It is not so much and issue for the pool but an issue with the hottub. They should have designed the complex to have each be separate so the hottub did not need to close at 8pm as well. Would you rather use a hottub at 1pm in the afternoon or at 10pm when it is cold out? The question speaks for itself. So those were some negatives about the amenities but let's also touch on the positives! The all included utilities is truly an unbeatable characteristic unique to this complex in Williamsburg. Having to juggle many utilities last year, it provides so much peace of mind to have it included in the rent. Furthermore, the Gym is easily 5 stars. All the equipment is new and it is accessible 24 hours a day. They hit it out of the park with the resident gym. An addition to the utilities, the WIFI is some of the fastest that I have ever had. Overall it has been a great experience at Midtown. Obviously, some of the overhyped amenities have been disappointing but if you are moving to an apartment for the coffee bar I suggest you revisit your priorities. I would 10/10 live here again. The convenience to W&M is unbeatable and having in-unit laundry is a surprising gem that is hard to find in Williamsburg.
