The place always smells terrible, outside of the building near sassafras it wreaks and near the trash rooms, and days the compactor is running, my sinks smell like sewage.

I lived at brewers block for a year but decided not to renew my lease. A huge selling point for me was the roof top pool but when i moved in the buildings were still under construction and there were only about 20-30 other tenants throughout all 3 buildings so the pool was never packed. Now that all three buildings are pretty occupied it’s almost always packed to the point you can’t even get a seat. It’s a very small pool especially to share amongst a three building community. Other than that the amenities are awesome, all the staff from the leasing agents to even the cleaners that come in daily are really great. Liana was extremely helpful anytime i needed something or had a question.
I moved in about a month ago and I really love it so far! It's been really awesome to be able to use all of the amenities like the gym, the grills, the fire pits, and the pool, and everyone I've encountered - both staff and resident wise - has been super friendly. Love that it's a pet friendly community as well. Overall, it seems like a great place to live so far!

Moving to a new city is scary. But Brewers Block is the place to live! The apartments are amazing and no carpet for your furry pets! I had the pleasure of having TJ give me a tour. He has such a great personality to make a tour fun plus I’m excited to attend one of his Trivia Nights! Ian, the assistant manager, has been so involved in the processing of making Brewers Block my home. He has been so attentive and assisted in anything I needed. I’m so happy I chose Brewers Block to live! Thank you Ian, TJ, and the whole staff at Brewers Block for making sure I felt welcomed to my new home and city!!

Brewer's Block is a wonderful place to live as a young professional in Pittsburgh. The units are spacious and the community is wonderful. I love having access to so many amenities within my living space, and being so close to so many fun things going on in town.
I recently moved into Brewer's Block in Pittsburgh's Polish Hill, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Here's why I'm giving them a well-deserved 5-star review: Responsive leasing office: From the moment I inquired about moving in, the leasing office, and in particular, Rachel, has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. Rachel's assistance made my transition into Brewer's Block a breeze. She addressed all my questions and requests to switch units promptly, making the whole leasing process a smooth experience. Spacious and Sunlit Conference Rooms: One of the standout features of Brewer's Block for me is the abundance of spacious conference rooms, some of which are flooded with natural daylight. As I moved in, my furniture hadn't arrived yet, and these conference rooms were a lifesaver. They provided me plenty of closed door space to work and do my zoom meetings. State-of-the-Art Gym: Brewer's Block's gym is not your run-of-the-mill fitness center; it's a full gym with bench press machines, squat racks, deadlift stations, and even a turf area, it offers everything I need for a comprehensive workout. This was the biggest reason why i picked brewer's block.
Brand new building that's filling up quickly. Great deals for new tenants. Incredible Gym. Community Bar. Budding community of young professionals. T.J. was the best agent I worked with after reviewing 11 apartment properties in the greater Lawrenceville and Strip area. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right unit for me, showing me more than 20 available apartments over two showings. Thrilled with the outcome!
