Situated just four miles northeast of Washington D.C., College Park is a premier neighborhood for commuters or history buffs. Modern, spacious apartment with great natural light and a sleek kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, close to transit, but parking is limited. Overall great experience though.

Leave certain amenities unlocked for general public too often which can become a hazard to the residents, also close pool way too early in the season if it really is heated as advertised

Good overall, room for improvement but nothing serious. For example the area around the pool being closed off just because the pool is closed is a huge negative and they can buy a cover to keep open the rest of the area for residents to enjoy

I Love living at the hub! The Staff is super helpful & friendly! The amenities are also really nice & are as described. Maintenance also always comes in a timely manner to help with any issues and are very, very friendly

I loved living here, the amenities are great, the staff is nice, and I love that there are events put on by the apartment too! These events give me more time to appreciate the apartment but I’ve even been able to win things in the past.
