I’ve been living at Anthem in Everett, MA, for a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious apartments. One of the things that really sets this place apart is the customer service. A special shout-out to Luisa, who has gone above and beyond to make my experience here exceptional. Always helpful and very professional when answering my questions about leasing and building-events thag her team puts together. If you’re looking for a great apartment in Everett, I highly recommend Anthem. The location is perfect, being so close to everything, all the amenities are open for use (Golf room, Pool, Busines center, Dog park) and are a great bonus to this place.

I’ve lived at Anthem for over a year and their pool has never once been open. Now that it’s the second summer I’m so frustrated. The lady from the office came out SCREAMING when a group of residents were quietly sun bathing in the courtyard (not in the pool but around it). So no you can’t use the pool or pool area.

Lavishly rigged out , to offer an interesting environment to spend your idle hours , without having to go past the front door . Not to mention that the management team earnestly tries to " create fun " in a numbers of ways ! [ they even manufactured NATIONAL BAGEL DAY which I'm not sure even exists !

Dear Resident, we apologize for how you feel with Anthem, especially our events. We do take pride in our events, and we do love doing anything that can bring the residents together. National Bagel day is January 15th, we do hope you at least got to participate! Hope that you do come to our other events in the future!
Anthem is a very comfortable place to live. They have nice, new amenities. The leasing office staff is very friendly. They have little events such as Muscle Mondays at the gym. I hope I continue to enjoy my time here!

Moved here a little over a month ago, and this place is pristine. Almost gives off spa like vibes. Super aesthetic, very clean, and everything smells good. The place is very tastefully designed, and as a bonus, the staff is super sweet and fun. Special shoutout to Marcus, Queen and Bailey :)

Marcus and Luisa are both awesome leasing agents. They are very helpful and make the move in process enjoyable. There are some issues with entering and exiting the complex, it’s quite difficult to get in and out. Also the parking garage doors are too small and it’s difficult getting in and out of them, even in a small sedan. Other than that, it’s a nice building with great amenities.

Anthem is a lovely community with great staff and wonderful neighbors! The building is beautiful with a gym, pool, dog park and spa, and plus even out door movie theater and virtual golf. I love it here and you will too!
