Overall, things seem to be going well. I haven't seen any car tire theft in a while. There is still room for improvement when it comes to maintenance, but the apartment complex seems to be changing for the better.

I am currently attempting to rent here and it’s already been a hassle. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the leasing office for two days now . I’ve had no one reach out to me as far as next steps with my application. No updates after I’ve gotten approved & paid the application fee and added any additional information they may have needed . It’s like you have to keep calling and calling when they should be the ones updating you … thus far I am not impressed. Customer service sucks.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 aren’t rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.

Car tire theft is becoming a common occurrence in this neighborhood, something needs to be done about it. Safety and the protection of property should be the most important thing. Other than that this is a good apartment complex to live in.

If you have an maintenance issues it’s very hard to get things fixed or replaced. Nothing is a priority. I waited 3 months for a stove, almost 6 months for AC and now I am without a refrigerator I can only imagine how long that will take.

I moved in about a week ago. I have met some very nice neighbors and it has been pretty quiet. The apartments seem to full but we come in at different times and we don’t cross paths much.

I enjoy living here however it has gotten a bit pricey while the Anmenities and cleanliness of the property have slowly declined. Not to mention I have complained about the cleanliness of common areas in my building.

It’s been a lot of ups and downs. I haven’t hit 1 year and I’ve already had so many issues. The high turnover rate for maintenance makes it nearly impossible to get issues resolved, the staff members seem to always be new faces.

The apartment community is fine. The neighbors are friendly. The issue is with the property management. No one returns calls and the current acting property manager is quite rude. He is extremely condescending. My last experience with him left an extremely bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been here for about a month and have experienced nothing but peace! I love the apartment complex. It is quiet and the birds in the morning are my favorite. The dog park is convenient. The admin staff I’ve had a chance to meet with have been amazing thus far. My neighbors are respectful.

I have enjoyed living here for almost two years now and I visited this complex years ago when one of my classmates lived and she invited me to see her apartment and I liked North Hampton back then and I still like it and living here is very convenient for me because it’s close to my job and close to a lot of places to shop as well as being close to the beltway.

Quiet community. Employees in the management office is proficient and shows professionalism. Maintenance request might take a while but the job will get done.

Northampton is a safe and quiet apartment complex, but there are still issues with management addressing issues like maintenance in a timely manner and freeing up parking spaces by removing reserved parking signs that don't have an owner.

Over all this place has been decent. Our rent has gone up $400 ish since we moved here in 2019, but due to some maintenance issues we've had, they didn't increase it this past year. It's a bit loud due to Harry S Truman drag races that people in the area like to do (they should install some speed bumps or something), and we can hear our neighbors pretty clearly through the thin floors. But that a side, we lived here for 5 years and had an alright time. We're moving out this year.

Since moving in 4 months ago, the three things that were supposed to be fixed during my initial walkthrough on move in day has yet to be fixed. I’ve had animals in my walls, the staff is friendly however there is a bit of miscommunication between staff.
