The deck has patio table and a grill, perfect for dining and lounging throughout Colorado's four distinct seasons. Staircase from the deck will lead to the backyard. On the lower level, are two bedrooms. One with a king and the other with a queen. The two rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is a cozy family room, with a TV, books, game boxes, and toys. There's a sliding door leading to the backyard. Attached to the family room is the 4th bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located at the lower level, equipped with a washer and a dryer. Guests are welcome to use!
