Across the hallway, is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower combo. The Kitchen is spacious and modern, which opens up to the living room, dining room and a large walk-out deck. The deck has patio table and a grill, perfect for dining and lounging throughout Colorado's four distinct seasons. Staircase from the deck will lead to the backyard. On the lower level, are two bedrooms. One with a king and the other with a queen. The two rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway is a cozy family room, with a TV, books, game boxes, and toys. There's a sliding door leading to the backyard. Attached to the family room is the 4th bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry room is located at the lower level, equipped with a washer and a dryer. Guests are welcome to use! The house has a central A/C along with 2 separate heating/cooling units, located at the master bedroom and the family room. Fireplace is for show only. does not work. Everything you need is just a few minutes away by car. Five minutes to the 29th st mall, shopping centers, restaurants, skate park, and CU campus/Folsom field. Eight minutes to downtown. A few minutes walk will get you to parks, playgrounds and biking/walking paths, along the creeks of Boulder. Our location is ideal for enjoying all Boulder has to offer.
