One Park

Great amenities! The gym has ample equipment and is usually quite empty. It is very nice to have trash rooms and not have to leave the building to get rid of trash.

Very nice apartments but in my opinion over priced for what you get. The area is very borderline so it does not always feel safe to walk around the area.

Move in process here was super smooth. The amenities and apartments themselves are so beautiful!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming especially with dogs!!:)

It’s been great living here so far. We make use of all the amenities (gym, game room, coffee machine) and the maintenance team and rest of the staff are wonderful and very responsive as well. Overall would recommend!

The staff at one park apartments are out standing and take pride in their work every day. The maintenance people are out our outstanding.and very helpful when you have something wrong in your apartment. Every thing a one park is just a joy coming home every day because coming home knowing that I have nice staff that work here and the neighbors are nice as well. If I had to let a friend know about this place I would. Most of all the kindness of the staff make one park an outstanding place to live. I like all the things you can do like go to gym cook up on roof top and in summer time swim in pool. Also close to bus and West Hartford center

Everyone I've met has been really nice and polite. The transition was easy and seamless. I really like all the amenities and the Butterfly and Package Concierge app. The apartment was spotless when I moved in.

Nice amenities. Common areas are all clean. Love that there are so many dogs! The food trucks are always a hit. Pretty quiet in the hallways

Still enjoying living here. Staff is helpful and maintenance requests are responded to promptly. Mostly friendly community but some are inconsiderate with regard to taking care of community spaces.

My partner and I just moved in, and the apartment was super clean and ready to go! I had a flexible move-in too, and the whole team was helpful :)

Amazing amenities super helpful and friendly staff and it definitely has a community vibe everyone is so nice and wants to connect. Pet friendly as well. The pool is also heated! Picked ball courts are the best you'll ever get anywhere and super close to blue back square!

One Park is a great building with great amenities and even better community. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family or anyone who is looking for a nice spot near WeHa center

Very professional leasing process. Smooth move in with friendly staff, the luggage carts are very handy for groceries and big packages. Thoroughly walked through the apartment to see previous tenant wear and tear to ensure safety deposit is honest.

Great amenities. Clean. Staff and maintenance are great and friendly, also quick response times! The location is convenient and it’s a quick drive to local grocery stores and restaurants.

All I can say is you really get what you pay for here! Welcoming community and neighbors. Community events are always a good time and great way to meet others!

Still new, but easy to use. The amount of emails I am receiving is what I would like to see going forward. Good communication overall. Wil be able to say more when I use community more often.

So far things have been smooth. Love the gym area and the lobby is nice. The large windows are great with lots of natural light, but the curtains really help cover the light at night.

I enjoy the One Park community as it has many great amenities to utilize. The common areas are well maintained and staff is always very responsive.

I just moved here a little under 2 weeks ago and so far so good, I genuinely have no complaints. The staff is really tentative and the amenities are great. I have lived in places before where there was heavy lack of communication on managements end but I have had nothing but a smooth experience with One Park

Been here over one year now and it’s still a nice place to live. Excellent office and maintenance staff. Everything is clean and well kept. The amenities are very nice.

I just moved in and thus far, my experience is pretty positive. Any and all issues, have been swiftly resolved by the management team. It is one of the finer places I have lived in my history!

I love living in this apartment complex. The amenities are great. The people are so friendly. There are a lot of community events or clubs to join to get involved in the community. Plus all the staff are so attentive.

Place is new, which was really nice. Sometimes communication w/ management is not the best (but expected from corporate business). Amenities are very nice. Area is fine during the day but it can be sketchy at night. But there is extra security at night. Neighbors seem friendly. There are a lot of social events that take place throughout the year and seem to have a large turnout.

Overall excellent place to live that is fairly new in West Hartford. The property management is quite responsive to concerns. The inside of the building is superbly maintained. Be advised that this location is amongst the most expensive places to live in WH, with most amenities incurring an extra charge (extra for storage room, extra for assigned garage parking, extra for amenities once per lease term, extra for internet).

Is a very pleasant community in which to live with a responsive maintenance department. One thing which needs improvement is parking lot security.

Surrounding neighborhood is ok - there’s usually some cool events going on in the neighborhood though and some good restaurants nearby

One Park is hands down one of the most luxurious living experiences you can find in the area. While the price is on the higher side, one park has a lot to offer like upscale amenities. The amenities are top notch there’s everything from a large fitness center to a rooftop deck, perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. The on-site management team is professional and responsive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents have everything they need. The location is also unbeatable, offering easy access to all the great dining, shopping, and entertainment West Hartford has to offer.

One Park has been a nice place to live over the past 8 months. The management is attentive and resolves problems. Maintenance is prompt to fix anything.

One Park had everything I was looking for-the amenities, the new apartments, and the convenient location. The staff are also very responsive.

Manager is very responsive to messages. Lots of families and older folks. Rent is a bit high but probably normal for the West Hartford area.

Great location! The room is spacious with high ceilings! I wish there was one more window in the living room. Otherwise the place looks amazing!

Just like to say that living at one park and being in this community has been outstanding and enjoyable in this past year, I’ve had the opportunity to use all the amenities at one park except for the Pickleball courts, but in time I will use them. I would highly recommend this to people who are looking for apartments when they move into West Hartford because this is an outstanding Community to live in.

Amazing staff, competitive amenities that outshine any other you've seen in apartment complexes. I love it here! I feel like I'm at a resort! From the heated pool to top tier gym facility, rooftop terrace, and a stunning lobby with fireplace, I have all I need in one place! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and they aim to make it feel like a community by constant get togethers hosted for the residents. 1 Park has truly become a place I love calling home!

I have loved my time at One Park. Management is very helpful, and the amenities are fantastic! I enjoy going to complimentary yoga on Wednesdays and have taken advantage of the pool during the heat waves we’ve had. I definitely recommend One Park!

We just moved in this weekend and have already loved every second of the community. All of the staff were very helpful upon our arrival and the area is amazing!

Everything has been very accommodating for me to move in. There was an unfortunate power outage during my move in but it was handled well and I was updated often about the situation. I appreciate the information and being informed by the leasing office.

I feel like I'm in a hotel every time I return home. The feeling is wonderful. The place is very quiet, the neighbors are great and all the facilities that One Park offers us... Amazing!

Everyone here is super nice and welcoming. I feel extremely safe with the security system. It's like Fort Knox. The space was clean and new before I moved in. I'm glad I decided to move here for my first post-grad apartment.
