The team at The Mason really stands out. Erin, the property manager, is always attentive and quick to resolve any concerns, making the place feel more like a community. Anthony and Chino, the leasing managers, are friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful, especially during the move-in process. The maintenance crew—Rob, Jack, and Joaquim—are efficient, respectful, and always ensure things get fixed promptly. The amenities are top-notch, with a gym, workspaces, and a relaxing courtyard. Plus, the community events, like breakfasts and social gatherings, are a great way to meet neighbors. The Mason is hands down the best place I've lived, and I highly recommend it!

Mason is a community that makes you feel at home. I enjoy all the amenities the building has from the pool, BBQ area to the office pods. It is clean, well-maintained, and safe area. And they try to build a residencial community by putting together free fun events!

I feel safe at Mason and enjoy the amenities offered on the premises. Chino and Anthony are doing a wonderful job managing the property and hopefully they will remain at Mason long term. The Mason community is great but very expensive. The shared amenities are kept in great condition and the management keeps good contact. There is only one Internet option and it's often unreliable and the cell reception is spotty at best. Regularly planned events build a sense of community that makes it hard to want to leave despite the absurd cost of living here.

Mason is a great place to call home. I work downtown 5 days a week and it’s a short drive to the orange line at Wellington. Also, it’s super close to Boston. I run from Mason to the Charles River all the time. It’s genuinely close to everything.

The leasing staff made the process easy and seamless to move in. They were very professional and responsive to any questions that I had. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend living here. The amenities are wonderful. The finishes and appliances in the apartment are very nice.

Mason is a clean and friendly environment for graduate students, families and career focused individuals. The maintenance team (specifically Jack) is extremely professional and prompt with addressing maintenance requests. The lobby and overall building is well maintained and cleaned frequently throughout the week. Overall staff is friendly and the community continues to find innovative ways to cater to its residents.

I signed my lease with Chino. He is very professional, thorough, and explained the application process efficiently which isn’t a easy feat when someone is coming from out of state. The appliances are new and there are several amenities within the community (pool, gym, several sitting areas). There is a key fob system and the building is secure in my opinion. I have not lived here for very long but I am impressed so far.
