Not a bad place to live unless you get unlucky with neighbors like we have! I’ve lived in apartments for 20 years and I’ve never experienced 3 sets of neighbors as rough as I have here.

Alta Denton Station is a very quiet and peaceful community. Management keeps it clean and tidy and is very responsive to any questions. The pool, clubhouse, and gym are always extremely clean. The lawn and flowers are manicured every week which keeps everything feeling nice and fresh. I recommend this place one hundred percent! Spaces are high quality and live up to the luxury apartment vibe they are going for. Units have high ceilings and long cabinets which provide more than enough storage. The community is pet friendly and has two separate dog parks for the furry friends. They also have free doggie trash bags located around the complex to keep the space clean.

This complex is really quiet and peaceful to live at. I feel pretty safe walking around at night, and it stays pretty clean everywhere. I would recommend getting a carport/garage if you want to always park outside your building, but it's never that far of a walk.

The complex is very clean and tidy. In fact, they clean and maintain the lawn weekly. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

I have lived here for almost two years, and have had some ups and downs as to be expected. I moved in during 2023, and have seen the complex grow from a construction sight to an actual complex. The first year mainly everything was amazing, I loved the amenities, the gym and the dog park the most. By the second year of living here, the dog park is in shambles, the gates are not fixed so the dogs can push open them and run out of the park. Luckily my dog is recall trained, most others aren’t too lucky. The trash valet team did not take my trash for a week, causing maggots to fester and crawl into my apartment, risking not only my health, but my service dogs health. I honestly would not have renewed my lease, had I know these issues, and I know many of my friends also have had worse experiences than myself. It’s a decent place to live, considering it’s Denton, and they are improving by removing residents that are causing issues, just wanted to give an honest review. Also make sure you register and keep any friends or family cars registration up, otherwise your car will be towed instantly.

We’re fairly new to the complex, but so far we’ve loved it! The staff are very easy to work with and come across very helpful and kind. We had an issue with a businesses sprinklers flooding our backyard and they were very willing to reach out to them to get the issue resolved. The other community members haven’t presented a problem, and it’s overall been a quiet, clean, pleasant living experience for the time we’ve been there. The amenities are great, even though we haven’t had a whole lot of time to use them, and the location is fairly nice, being away from the city bustle but plenty close to everything we need. The only thing left to be desired is lack of parking, temporarily broken gates, and streamlining of some leasing processes, but these are by no means dealbreakers for us. Overall, we’d definitely recommend living here.

Recently took a tour of this new property. The units were really nice and updated appliances, amenities were top notch, and the office team was extremely nice and helpful. The most important factor to me is the location, conveniently located near the highway. Oh, and the manager is really nice!

We were looking at communities in this area closer to work about 6 months out from the lease we were in at the time. Andrea gave myself a tour and then with my wife and our search was over. She sold us on this was the best value we were going to get. The fact the community is a new one in the building process was great for us cause the unit we wanted wouldn't be available till our lease was up. The move out /in was seamless..

I moved in a month ago. Everyone from the staff to the other residents have been very welcoming. This is a new complex. Everything is fresh and new with a good lay out in my apartment. My dog loved trying to sniff out the rabbits from all the plants. They have fetch which is a company that will deliver your packages to your door. Trash valet at your door is pretty handy. I have a garage attached to the building, it is a great luxury not to have to get out in the rain or the Texas sun to get to my car.
