The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chase Village
The following review is based on true experiences at Chase Village. In all truth, I'd rather not have to take the time to post a review -- I'd rather just forget the last year or so -- but I feel a responsibility to prospective tenants to explain exactly what life at Chase Village is like. Some people have mentioned the proximity to Autzen Stadium. I suppose that could be taken as a positive. But it really isn't. When you're looking to rent, the management group promises that the traffic from Autzen Stadium won't be an issue because they have a process to keep resident parking open, direct game day traffic (yadda, yadda, yadda). That's just so not true. Every game day was a nightmare. No parking, no ability to even drive close to my unit or to even leave the property after a certain point in the day. Chase Village did nothing to help and was totally tone-deaf to the issues experienced by tenants. The size of the units is a problem. The one-bedroom, one-bath unit is incredibly small and overpriced based on comparable square footage. The units are dark. And dank. And spider-infested. The kitchens and laundry facilities are dated and in dire need of maintenance/replacement. Even the plumbing is substandard. All of the units have incredibly thin walls. (I heard lots of complete, private conversations, even two floors away and with the TV on). There is no security to speak of at Chase Village and I spent the entire year anxious about what I'd run into or find as I left my apartment. Items were stolen from my patio and every night there were people rummaging through the trash facilities. It is unnerving to just take out the trash because sometimes people are hiding inside the brick walls. Cars were also frequently vandalized. On the topic of cars, there are a surprising number of abandoned cars in the parking lot. Go look for yourself, if you don't believe me. While you're there, look at the way the buildings and grounds are maintained. In one building, there is a vine growing up out of the ground, through the plastic siding and up into a window. Chase Village just exploited my naivety. I actually left my unit in better shape than it was when I moved in and they still ripped off my entire security deposit. Please do your research when renting any apartment but save yourself a lot of money and heartache, and learn from my bad experiences at Chase Village. There are far better rental complexes in Eugene and they are definitely worth a look.

So far I've had nothing but the best experience! I had such a hard time trying to find a place that would take my large dog, but here it wasn't a problem at all. My fur baby loves the dog park and whenever we go to the office they always give him a dog treat! The whole staff has been incredible sweet and thoughtful, and I've never felt more at home in an apartment.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. My lease end date cannot come soon enough, stay away from this complex. We have put in for maintenance requests, that were marked completed and never done. My car was broken into (as well as many many others), multiple cars have been stolen, people dig through the garbage constantly, we can hear our neighbors cough or sneeze, our fridge broke twice within 2 months resulting in us throwing away an entire fridge and freezer worth of food both times (not our fault the fridge broke) but when I've asked for compensation for the food I had to throw away, I was not a priority at all. It's been a week, I have called back 3 times now, was told I would know what they would do by the end of the week which has now passed and I am still waiting. Don't waste your money spending this much on an apartment that only cares about getting your money, not about helping you, or helping fix problems.
Chase Village has fallen behind the times. The apartments are old, they recently updated some of the insides of the units, but they're still way behind the times. The prices here are insane. Look elsewhere. You do NOT get what you pay for here.
With Chase being the largest apartment complex in Eugene as well as the 2nd largest in the entire state of Oregon, you will find yourself surrounded in a myriad of cultures. While the complexes proximity to the U of O and NCU, you will find yourself living amongst many students, the complex remains very serene in the evenings and a world of excitement come Saturdays in the fall. The best part of living at Chase Village though is for the animal lovers in all of us, Chase Village is the only apartment complex I have found in Eugene that maintains no breed restrictions in their pet policy allowing all of mans best friends welcome, they even recently put in their own off lease dog run in one of the many open courtyard areas. other perks also include two pools with hot tubs, two newly updated fitness centers and one outdoor fitness platform as well as multiple sand volleyball courts and basketball courts both half and full size. Chase Village is the ultimate living experience for Students,Families, young professionals and animal lovers alike.
Recently moved to Eugene, Oregon for school. I absolutely love living here at Chase Village. The front office staff makes everything so clear and easy for move in. They work with you to get you through the process. They show you multiple options and multiple apartments they have available. The amenities here at Chase are amazing. I workout a lot so the gym was a big thing for me, it's really awesome. Multiple treadmills, stair climber, Dumbbells, multiple workout machines and is available for any schedule. The pool and hot tub are also really nice. as far as the apartment, it's roomy. The apartments are all very well taken care of. Chase village really is my home away from home.
