The in-law apartment was built in 2007 and is fully furnished. It has all wood floors, except in the bathroom and kitchen. There is a very conveniently placed washer and dryer in the apartment. It is stacked and in a big closet in the bathroom. This is a very quiet household, in a family neighborhood, where you can literally hear crickets. It is ideal for a serious graduate student or professional person. I have no television. Although, high speed internet is included. There is a hypoallergenic dog on the property in the main house. His name Charlie, 25 pounds and loves everybody. He loves children and carrots the most. There is a mandatory background check which will cost the perspective tenant $40.00. There may be renters default insurance which (as I remember) is $16.00 a month. There is around one car every 1/2 hour on the street. There are houses all around, which is good for safety. The last crime in this neighborhood was probably a teenager getting stoned in his parents' basement in the 1980s. The neighbors are friendly, even by New England standards.
