Nine at College Park Phase I

It's my second semester here in a different room and it is still very nice. The walls and cellings are thin and you can hear more than I sure anyone would like.

I am grateful for my stay at Nine Apartment. The staff are very nice, and the place is very welcoming. I enjoy my living space here. Thank you!

The apartment and amenities are really great however most of the times there is only one elevator working at a time which makes it pretty time consuming to get up or down

I am enjoying the building and the surrounding environment a lot. The people in the building can be loud and cause the fire alarm to go off too much. However, many are nice and friendly towards each other.

The nine at college park has small delays within their leasing office; yet, good customer service. Elevators do not operate well and break down frequently.

Trying to get in contact with this apartment complex is a complete nightmare. As well as leasing process is very confusing and the front office was unable to provide much guidance.

By bathroom mirror peeled off and fell on my leg, had to get stitches. Nobody still ain’t come and put up a new mirror. There’s a shortage in a power outlet, and overall this building is really cheap. Although I’m grateful for having a roof over my head, and the hospitality provided by staff here, for its price, it’s just too cheap for me to spend thousands of dollars on rent here.

Love it!! Feel so safe all the time, gym is a huge plus. Everyone is so chill, including The staff. Going to pick up packages and them knowing me by name makes me feel so comfortable.

Been good so far. Love the incorporation of the Amazon lockers. It makes it easier to get my orders. Repairs seem to be slow though. My washing machine is still broken :(

The apartments have nice gym, amazing in unit washer and dryer. The parking spaces could be better as they are skinny and tight. It could be a little cleaner as well.

Building is nice and good places to study. Safe building with keyfob access to enter the building and to use the elevator. Computer room with a printer. A tv outside, with two grills, a dog park, and nice courtyard.

It’s not really been bad just the WiFi and hot water issues. There are a lot of aspects that can be improved on and more can be done to bring the community together.

The place is great. It close to a gaming place and food area around. The room is spacious and comfortable area to be in. I would renew my lease.

So far since living here, I have been having a good time. The study rooms are very quiet and the arcade has a few games that I really do enjoy playing. I haven’t gotten in the gym but it looks to have everything needed. Also the location is great for different adventures that’s all walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of living at The Nine, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best residential experiences I've had. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive, always ready to assist with any concerns. The community atmosphere is welcoming, making it easy to connect with neighbors. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area is a perfect spot for relaxation. Location-wise, it’s convenient to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making daily commutes a breeze. I highly recommend The Nine to anyone looking for a comfortable and vibrant place to call home.

Living at the nine of college park have been one of the best experiences and best decision I have made to pick living in here the community is good and the people in the building is very friendly and the overall aura is amazing

It’s surprising to be paired with random roommates without considering our housing applications, which include details like allergies, personality, and roommate preferences. I thought the purpose of the housing application was to match us with someone similar to what we described, not the complete opposite, so it really caught me off guard.

It is an amazing experience. Love the amenities and utilities here! I would strongly recommend renting at the Nine so that you don't have to worry about your residential needs!

Amazing!!! Everyone in the office is wonderful and will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable here! The 9 complex is featured with so many amenities that’s fits almost everyone’s needs.

I love love LOVE it here!!! My favorite is that there’s so much things to do here like the gym, yoga room, the sauna, my absolute favorite has to be the lake that’s behind the building it’s honestly the best part here!

The nine is a well-equipped apartment. The faculty here are supportive and the infrastructure is excellent! But it’s a little far from the school

Everyone is nice and welcoming. No one judges others and it’s kind of easy to make friends considering we all live together. I hope to meet more people

Nice building and room space the bathroom is big and the kitchen and tv are tea I would say if u wanted to be here do it because there’s so many people you could meet

Love the layout of TheNine. First time here and I wish I were here for longer! I never had an apartment so the leasing process was foreign to me, but they made it easy to understand with their app.

The service has been nice and everyone at the office has taken the initiative to make sure I’m doing well and set up correctly! Very excited to move in soon!

Haven’t moved in yet, but so far the staff has been wonderful and so sweet and supportive! I absolutely love the nine and all of its offerings.

With spacious rooms, high-quality furnishings, and state-of-the-art appliances, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a welcoming environment. The large windows allow ample natural light to flood in, creating a bright and uplifting atmosphere that I look forward to returning to each day. Beyond the physical comforts, The Nine excels in fostering a sense of community among its residents. The communal areas, including the lounge, gym, and outdoor spaces, are not only well-maintained but also designed to encourage interaction and socialization. Regular events and activities organized by the management team provide ample opportunities to meet neighbors and form meaningful connections.

This was my first apartment experience. For the price it was definitely interesting but I’m glad to have stayed at the nine this year. I had the best roommates and enjoyed many amazing memories in this building.

Everyone who I have talked to so far, has been very helpful with the application process and explaining things to me clearly! I can’t wait to move in !

New resident, I love everything about my apartment! The people are welcoming and the staff is so very helpful! I’ve called a few times to make sure everything was all set up, I felt so heard and understood while they explained everything I needed to know!

The Nine was the best decision for my student living situation. When Bowie State ran out of traditional housing I applied to this complex and was approved immediately and the staff were helpful.

Decent place to live. Not the best, but not the worst. Whenever there's an issue in the unit, it's a quick response, but the issue is never entirely fixed. For example, some of the outlets in the kitchen don't work and the maintenance just fixed one and told us just to use the fixed one.

The people at the front desk and in the office are so helpful and plan such amazing events! There are always great chances to meet new people and have lots of fun!

I really enjoyed my time at The Nine this past year! I was able to catch the price of my unit during a deal which was very helpful for me financially. The Nine is right above a hotpot place and right across from a Lidl that I frequent. The inside of the building appears rather put together and I would definitely stay longer if I could.

I truly disliked living here. Between the parties in the courtyard almost every night, the insane fees for everything, the dirty roommates I had, I don’t even know why this complex is raising its prices! There are way better student apartments in the area.

I think living at the nine is great. I love the area, I love all the activities that the nine has to offer. My favorite thing about the nine is the community, everyone is so nice and welcoming!

Good overall! Maintenance was reliable and I find the front desk to be especially pleasant, especially as time has gone on. I think it’s a good choice .

the building staff is nice but lack some knowledge. half of the rooms are misadventures and i got a room that was much smaller than anticipated (half the size).

Found mice in the room twice. poor building structure. Too much focus on renewing the lease than the apartment needs. Too many instances where they do not accommodate and make necessary changes.

The experience at Nine has been wonderful. It's in a great location. The study rooms and courtyard are wonderful and occasional treats and events keep everyone busy. Would recommend it.

I really liked this apartment because of the clean area with friendly staff. The leasing process was very easy and I was able to ask any questions I had which were answered very quickly

The roommate matching program is not completely accurate. It totally depends on your luck if you get good roommates, else, your life would turn into one living hell. In my opinion, the application should also ask questions like preferred ambient temperature, so neither of the parties would need to either fry in hell with your roommate wanting to turn on the heater on in summer. There’s not much point in having those amenities if you don’t even want to come back to your apartment at the end of the day.

Worse property in College Park! Rodents, trash, parties every night and more. Management sucks and does not care about what you have to say and blames the issues on the residents! Everything they tell you will be a lie. The parties are constant! One of the parties which had over 200 people management promoted on their instagram! The place is run down even though it is a year old and disgusting!
