The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lions Gate
Our college age daughter has lived here almost a year. She has been trying to handle the issues with their apartment for over three months now. Due to the lack of response and unavailability of the management office staff and the maintenance crew, we as her parents had to step in. This company was absolutely taking advantage of their tenants being college age students and ignoring their safety and needs for repair requests. The girls' dryer has been broken for over three months now, despite our involvement in the situation. And most recently, their apartment porch door was shattered after what appears to be an attempted break in. Once again, multiple calls went unanswered and she had to go to the office to report the issue in person. Police are involved and still the door remains shattered and is a definite safety issue. We will call staff in the morning in an attempt to get things properly taken care of. My husband and I have kept a detailed log of all calls and office visits and find it incredibly frustrating to have to repeatedly address items that should be easily taken care of. It's very unfortunate that they are simply not abiding by laws and legal obligations protecting renters rights. It is absolutely the bare minimum of living requirements to provide safe housing conditions and complete repairs in a timely fashion.
Maintenance is absolutely horrible!!!! Not to mention it is almost impossible to get in contact with anyone at the office when anything is wrong and they are rude. If something is wrong with your apartment that ISNT YOUR FAULT do not expect a deduction in rent even when promised so. I will not be renewing my lease here and I’ll never recommend anyone to live here
Absolutely LOVE the location and the apartment complex! The managers in the office are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance does absolutely AMAZING at their job and get here so quickly!
Your money is worth living somewhere else. Please listen to the reviews and do not ignore them. This place is a joke. Management could be ran by a 5 year old for all I know. Wifi has been out 5 times in the past two months and on one of the occasions it was out for 2 WEEKS!
Maintenance is a joke. Apartments are falling apart. For the price you pay here, you can definitely find something actually worth it with amenities
Loud neighbors and maintenance is horrible. Haven’t had a porch light working for 6 months and they still won’t fix it.
