      Worst Apartment Complex in Sachse

      This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. People leave dog poop everywhere, I've had dogs pee onto my balcony from above, management allows 6+ people to live in single units causing lots of noise and disturbance, and the overall quality of the tenants here are awful. Management will also threaten you with lease violations if you try to bring any of this stuff up and continue emailing them about it. Please take my advice and look else where or you will regret it.

      Whole building smells like weed

      I guess their no smoking policy only covers cigarettes not weed.

      From Start to Finish

      I had a great time leasing with the office staff and no issues with their timely maintenance. I love my apartment and the grounds are kept up really well. Trash service is pretty consistent and the gym is so convenient. The location is also great! I and renewing for a third time due to being happy with my overall experience.

      Roaches, Unacceptable

      These apartments are okay and the leasing staff have been okay thus far. The location is convenient, but I looked at the apartment one day before I moved in and noticed a dead bug in the bedroom. I also noticed spider webs but didn't think nothing of it and maybe because it was vacant. I moved in the next day and vacuumed, but then noticed some dead bug in the cabinet. One day after moving in, I saw a roach on the stove and couldn't believe my eyes. I had not seen a roach in 20 years. I notified them and had to wait for pest control to come and bomb the next week. Come to find out, the dead bugs seen in the kitchen and bedroom were indeed roaches. Then, I noticed on the work order they requested Pest Control on the Thursday prior to my move in, which lets me know they knew something. Prior to the bombing, I brought my own natural, peppermint pesticide to hopefully help keep them away. It seemed like the bombed helped in the kitchen, though spiders came. The next week, I see a small roach in the bathroom. Pest control came the following Friday and sprayed. The next week which is today I find 2 different kind of roaches in the bathroom and this is it! I tried being patient because I don't want to have to spend money to move again, but this is unacceptable. I have to leave now! Almost a month later and I'm still practically packed out of fear of seeing more and those things getting in my items. The residents on this floor trash the hall/breezeway and unfortunately are not keeping clean. Not to mention I had to endure Marijuana for two weeks before whomever decided to be more discreet after my multiple complaints. The courtesy officer is kind though. But, I have to go because these are unlivable conditions.

      Do Not Move Here

      Would leave zero stars if it was possible. We were tricked by the nice looking apartments. Brand new build in a great area. The trouble started as soon as we moved in. The construction on these buildings changed companies 4 times that we know of. It shows...shelves falling off the wall because they weren't built properly. Holes in the wall around the outlets. Nails sticking our of various places. Cracked/missing pieces of the floors. Appliances that are "brand new" breaking within the first month of use. Management companies has already changed hands once and they are just a worst version of what we had before. The walls here are paper thin. You can hear entire conversations from neighbors next to you and god help you if you have neighbors above you. The walls shake the upstairs neighbors are so loud and the construction is so poor. Pictures falling off the wall level of loud. There is no insulation. Cars getting broken into all the time. Pest problem. Nightmare property.

      There are lots of pluses here but honestly the minuses are huge. Too much noise due to poor constructed buildings make it not worth the price. I will say the maintenance staff are super nice and always out keeping the grounds nice.

      Weve only lived here for about a month but so far we have enjoyed it. Its quiet and located in a good area. The apartment is new and equipped with great appliances. The employees in the leasing office are very helpful. The only negative thing is that the mailing address is difficult for deliveries to find, so I dont send packages here anymore. Otherwise, its been a great place to live.

      Just leased!

      I just leased and I just had the best customer service experience ever. The staff were all so nice and helpful and the manager even came out to introduce herself. I'd been searching a lot of properties because I haven't been sure of where I wanted to move to but they sealed the deal for me. The price wasn't necessarily the lowest but they are brand new apartments and they gave me a really good special. The apartments are gorgeous and the pool looks great! Can't wait to make it my new home!

      For the most part, our move to Prose Ranch has been positive. The payment options upon move-in were difficult/frustrating, and we had a few other minor hurdles, but the staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is new and very functional.
