We find joy in helping those in the Lincoln Villas community, we're so happy that you feel taken care of!
Management is very poor and not ready to take action .my scenario neighbours behaves against leasing guidelines. Example placed the cigarette ashes on my patio more than 7 times and my inbox is full with cigarette ashes photo. Informed to leasing office and they never took any action and everytime confirmed that they have notified to neighbours. If they notify stricly people fear to do this 2nd time and how come that can be repeated 6th or 7th times. Reason management not taken this to very serious and due to that iam struggled in the Lincoln unit.

Customer service is terrible at these apartments. Hard to get in contact with them. Generally not very friendly. Can also hear everything through the walls. I would not recommend to anyone.

Best management team and maintenance team in the industry. Location is great and within minutes of shopping, restaurants and schools. Very friendly and outgoing community.

I have lived in several rental communities, and this one has exceeded them all! I have been in my apartment for almost 5 months now, and have not had a single issue. The property is a large one, so the staff are usually very busy. But they are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The grounds are always clean, neat, and freshly mowed-- and maintenance is fast and kind! There is dedicated space for pets to play outside/go to the restroom. It feels safe and comfortable! Move here! You won't regret it!
Great location to everything! Plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. Maintenance team is very efficient and friendly staff.I have been a resident for 4 yrs. I love my apartment!!
I Just moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma and I am very pleased with this apartment, it is a great starter apartment. I currently stay in the 1 bedroom model that is 767 sq ft. On top of your monthly rent their is a flat monthly $40 fee for water, sewer, and some type of Tulsa city tax. Is it a great place to stay if you are a young professional or have a family. Pros: spacious (especially the closet and bathroom), clean, affordable, safe and quiet, close to the mall and a lot of restaurants,quick 15-20 minute drive to downtown,and short term leases Cons: parking, You have to set up gas (fireplace & water) and electric, pool is small..
