Bad parking situation. Dog poop. Neighbor has a ton of plants on their balcony, causing gnats on mine. Amenities are nice.

Our maintenance team does pick up pet waste during groundskeeping, but if there are specific areas being missed, please let the office know so we can address them promptly. We’ve recently implemented parking permit to help improve the situation and are continuing to monitor its impact. Regarding the plants, if they appear unkept or are contributing to a pest issue, we’d be happy to take a closer look—feel free to reach out with more details. We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the amenities and appreciate your input.
They didn’t build enough parking near two of the buildings, causing major headaches. Dog poop is not picked up. The office staff isn’t the best. Over priced for New Lenox. L
