Property Ratings at Lifestyles at Renaissance
The management is terrible and the apartment itself is really small for the amount of money they are rented out for. The laundry room is always dirty and one of the machines is always broken. 3 washers and 3 dryers for 100 units is unreasonable. Only rent if you are desperate!

Lifestyles has excellent management staff. They are attentive and present. They are welcoming and they communicate so residents are in the know with happenings. The complex is clean and always being maintained.
Lifestyle apartments is an amazing place to live. Management and maintenance are both very wonderful and very friendly people. Very quiet apartment complex. Never no problems. First apartment and honestly I am thankful to found this place. My children love it here. If anyone is looking for a place I highly recommend lifestyle apartment.
the complex is secluded, safe, very quiet, clean, well keep apartments and property, ease of access to shopping,nature and bike trails
Love the new management. They do a lot for the tenants. Manager & maintenance walk & clean up property every day. Manager stays busy , she still does what she says. They both work so hard. A lot of demands from everyone here, but they just keep smiling . Manager always has people in office. I don't know how she gets anything done or can even talk to all that call or stop by. Always working on paperwork and computer but still listens to our concerns. Maintenance does his best too. He is the maintenance man, painter, pool man ect. These two are always working staying on top of everything. They are doing the work of four people or more. My friends and I enjoy living here. No complaints.
I went to try to take a tour today but they apparently don’t give them and she referred me to apartments.com which is how I heard of them in the first place. Then I asked for a pamphlet or information and of course they didn’t have anything. So then I asked for fees and I brought up animal fees and she informed me that they actually don’t allow animals even though it was on apartments.com. I just assume that if you’re in the business of leasing apartments that there’d be some type of professionalism to ensure peace of mind for those interested in the property. Personally, if I can’t see the product, then I won’t know if that is where I’d like to live.
