Property management will not address recurring noise issues and is overall delayed with responses to concerns. Not a luxury building.

I understand that as a new building, there may be expected initial issues. However, it's concerning that these problems persist without resolution. From malfunctioning washers and dryers breaking just four months into my lease to the presence of homeless individuals using drugs on the property and frequent false fire alarms, the overall experience falls short of the promised luxury. Several individuals have already chosen to vacate the premises due to persistent water issues with the balcony doors and the apparent lack of improvement efforts from management. It's disheartening to consider a rent increase on top of already high costs, especially when the amenities, like the gym, which initially attracted us, are the only highlights amidst disappointment elsewhere. If these issues persist and the rent increases, we will find a new place to live.

Gym not soundproofed at all. If you’re on the squat rack side you will get woken up at 5am daily to slamming weights on the ground. Management is clueless and lie through their teeth to get you out of their office. Also bell street garage turns into a zoo at night (people tailgating, doing donuts, blasting music). If you’re on the bell street side, beware!

Be very careful where you live inside the building: I live 4 floors above the powerlifting area of their 55k square foot gym (which takes up the entire second floor), and opens at 5am. I get awoken daily from 5:30am onwards with the sounds of clangs and people dropping their barbells. I had no idea it was going to be like this and signed a 2-year lease. And unlike an Equinox which has rubberized floors throughout, Life Time has hardwood floors. The building said they were doing something about it a month ago, yet there isn’t even a sign in the power-lifting area warning people not to drop their weights?
