I absolutely love my apartment—the space, the amenities, and the people make it feel like home. Special shoutout to Maria, who keeps everything spotless and is always so kind. Seeing her in the mornings while I walk my dog always makes my day. Amari at the front desk is also a big part of what makes Liberty Warehouse so special. I toured the building with her and she’s been so helpful and welcoming ever since. The maintenance team is also great—quick, reliable, and friendly. So glad I chose to live here!

This building is the best bang-for-your-buck in this area by a longshot. I have known many other people who live in similar buildings around Durham, and this one definitely exceeds the rest. The units are well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is unbeatable. However, my favorite things about living here are the green / eco-friendly standards and the people - the management team is comprised of lovely folks who work hard to build a sense of community within the building!

A wonderful community and proximity to downtown are unsurpassed. The staff are helpful and attend to issues promptly. I have lived here 6 years and it really feels like home. Many creative community events are held intermittently and there have been numerous upgrades to the grounds, gym and pool. The maintenance/ housekeeping staff are very kind and efficient.

Location is the only good thing left. There are cockroaches and mold that they don't seem worried about. Cheap appliances are breaking and new maintenance staff are too lazy to fix them. They don't do anything when people's dogs pee and poop all over the building (happens all the time). The only places they maintain are the ones they show to potential new tenants on tours. External doors often left unlocked so anyone can get in. Elevators and parking garage gates are broken at least once a month. Cars are frequently broken into and bikes are stolen all the time.

The location in Durhams Central Park is unbeatable! There are countless restaurants, coffee shops, and small businesses within walking distance, if not in the same building. Amenities are clean and comprehensive. The apartments themselves are spacious with beautiful fixtures. I would highly recommend Liberty to anyone moving to Durham or looking to be closer to downtown!

My wife and I have lived at Liberty Warehouse for one a half years, almost to the day, and we have been absolutely thrilled with our experience. While we will soon be moving out because we bought a house, we would otherwise have been more than happy to live here for years to come. From the kind, communicative and hardworking staff, to the COVID-friendly health measures (while still allowing us to safely use the gym and pool), to the clean and welcoming environment, to the spacious and well-designed rooms, and of course the amazing location...this place has it all. This is the best location for an urban apartment community in Durham. Being next to Central Park and the Farmer's Market is great and there is so much to do and see within walking distance. Highly recommended.
