The city of Warren is a densely forested suburb in northeast New Jersey. Residents enjoy tree-lined streets, stately homes, and spacious lots. Warren is the ideal suburb for commuters and families, with its close-knit community, safe neighborhoods, and close proximity to Newark. This bustling city and the Newark Liberty International Airport are only 20 miles northeast of town. Warren sits along I-78, so commuting has never been easier.
Residents appreciate the woodsy feel of the town, along with its spacious community parks like the Passaic River County Park. These preserved lands feature hiking trails, fresh water fishing, athletic fields, and cross-country skiing. The active community in Warren also appreciates proximity to Washington Rock State Park, a former lookout point during the American Resolution with beautiful views. Warren is nestled near the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge and Watchung Reservation.

Property Ratings at Liberty Village at Warren
The electric in this place is horrible. The circulation in the rooms is not good in the cold so you need a heater normally that would be no problem but if you put a heater on high it will flip the fuse. If you use too many appliances in the kitchen it'll flip the fuse. Any day you have strong wind you lose power. The parking lot needs repaved there's a huge pothole near the entrance. The mail box needs repainted there's curse words carved into the paint. When does starting trash I've witnessed other tenants just toss their garbage over the fence and miss the dumpster completely and the garbage hits the inside of the fence while the person is still standing there. They just ignore it get back in their car and leave. People go up and down stairs all hours of the night stomping like they've never walked before in their life. The noise spreads horrendously. If you expect to take more than a 20 minute shower you're not going to get any hot water. You get hot water for 20 minutes and then it's ice cold. Honestly it must be great living on the top floor because if you live under somebody their washer and dryer will leak and flood your apartment. In the Summers there's wasp infestations in your apartment, in the winter there's these weird Beatles and spiders. I guess this management company has never heard of an exterminator. This is probably the cheapest unit nearby, but it's far from cheap cost-wise. I have family in low income housing that has none of these issues.
