This complex is very nice and cozy. The staff is great and always willing to help if needed. Building is centrally located near many shops and restaurants. Commuting is also easy and minutes away from NYC.

We moved here a year ago and will be renewing our lease. Commuting is very easy with the bus being steps away and the train just a 5 minute walk. Building os well maintained and management is always very responsive which is much appreciated. The gym is also very clean.

I had my packages found open or stolen multiple times since I moved in here. Other residents also experience the same level of safety here. Management does not do anything about it even though it was raised with them multiple times. Well, they sometimes send an email acknowledging that your packages are stolen, poor you. Please keep paying us and we will continue not taking care of your safety. 24 hour automated surveillance? Are you kidding me? They NEVER got back to me saying oh yes we saw something on the video. Maybe if they looked at it at all. They do not care about you and your problems - just pay the rent and shut up. Do not believe any of the positive reviews about this place. Avoid this place at all costs.
Don't know where to start... The smoke detectors in my apt were long time due replacement even when i moved in, seems like noone cares i still have the same ones. Same for the air filter noone ever showed to replace it as they do at every other place as regular maintenance. The apt i moved in was definitely rushed to be on the lease asap, it was barely cleaned or renovated. When it is warmer i have some random bugs showing up in the apt thanks to the good sealing i guess. That very first review looks kind of fishy...

Imagine watching the sun rise every morning over the skyline of Manhattan. And in the evening enjoy the reflection of the sunset glistening off towering windows the majestic buildings. This beautiful oasis is only a block away from public transportation to NYC. I can enjoy this quiet neighborhood environment while being close enough to enjoy all NY has to offer. The apartments are more spacious than all the others I looked at with lots of windows. Great amenities and beautiful landscaping welcome me home every day. This quiet, lovely oasis in East Rutherford is the perfect spot to enjoy everything you could want. Great restaurants and convenient shopping of every kind just minutes away by car. Liberty Terrace gives me the freedom to enjoy all this and more. It’s the best place to live. I couldn’t be more delighted.
